Went to purchase out door carpet for our front porch. 3 different styles to choose from. Poor selection. Went to purchase porch posts, all and I mean all the anchor brackets were missing. My wife and had to sort through the posts to find 2 that weren't all scratched up. Believe me ,this the norm for Venango Co. Poor quality and poor selection.

I couldn't believe that in the middle of evening rush shopping that they would shut down 4 isles in lumber section just to move a couple of stacks of boards. People were waiting behind the end fences so that they could shop. Nothing moving but a fork truck.

About the same as any box retailer...at least the associates are paid well enough to pretend to care and are friendly. Unlike Walmart where they don't great you or anything...Home Depot usually has what you need. The side stacks they have that block the aisles in most home improvement stores are a hazard.

The employees don't bother to offer assistance. I purchased a 60 lb. bag of Quick Crete, which weighs about 2/3rds of my total body weight. I had to hunt down an employee to load it in the cart. Would it have killed someone to offer help getting it into my car?
