Excellent experience at Home Depot. The store is spacious, clean, and well organized, making it easy to find tools and materials. Staff members were knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions and suggest the right products. Prices are reasonable and checkout was smooth. Always a reliable place for home improvement needs.
Just needed a pocket door lock. Searched it on-line but wanted to see quality before I bought.nAsked a store person for help where it is. He actually took me to the spot. I found that exceptional. Now I realize that means he's not doing the other job he's supposed to but I felt this was great service
This is the last time im ordering delivery from home depot. They use door dash to deliver their products. Doordash driver called me 10 times. I told him that the store doesnt open till 10am and he didnt care he left my package outside the store in a busy mall. I ordered a package to a store in the mall and the mall and store dont open before 10am and they delivered it at 9am and left the package outside the store in a busy mall and someone stole it. The guy over the phone barely spoke english. Very hard to communicate with him. This is the last time I get something delivered by home depot.
This a whole universe of solutions to projects and problems and ideas. I don't think it is just training, the staff here go the extra mile and treat you as an individual. I will have to get the name of the associates who helped me. They were incredibly professional, warm and approaching. Home Depot in my experience has one of the best customer interaction. Unlike those other super stores I wish I could name.
My husband and I were at the Home Depot at this location and were looking for Christmas decor for next year. Rupy is an employee working in the Seasonal/ Garden section and she was so very helpful in giving us ideas and searching for items for us to add to our Christmas collection. I am sure it was a very busy season and helping many customers can be tiring especially now it is after Boxing day sales. Yet Rupy was so cheerful and helpful and had a great, positive attitude. You could tell she really enjoys her job.
