The Home Depot

I bought 32 bags of Safe and Sound, and 25 bags were wet. When I called, I was told it was dryable. I had a scheduled insulation, but now it will take more time for them to send me new insulation. This was in a heated garage for a week since jan 23 2025 and i started to work on it on jan 30 2025. It was my fault for not checking by opening each back to make sure its not damaged but I was not expecting wet insulation to be delivered. I guess from now own check every thing you get does not matter from whom to make sure its not damaged.I am really disappointed with receiving a damaged product; it has caused a loss of time and project-related costs. Again, the customer service was okay. I had to send the emails with pictures to prove to them. Also some of it was smelling mold

Currently doing a renovation on nights. I have bought gloves n such before they close and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Home depot is one of my favorite places to shop and doing night work is very peaceful. Keep up the good work home depot!

Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. Me and my partner went there to buy appliances Customer service was slow and dismissive, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously by Terry. This visit did not meet basic service expectations. Dissatisfied with the visit.

Super poor assistance! i wait 2 hours for my fridge!! They’re lazy! And the lady who assisting me is grumpy feels like that she don’t want to assist me because I’m Asian is what? She’s chatting to Canadian lady who didn’t buy anything else there.. keep ignoring me… this is so frustrating

I’ve always appreciated the variety and convenience Home Depot offers, but my recent experience with a manager at this location left me extremely disappointed.nnFrom the moment I approached her, her tone was sharp and condescending, and her facial expressions made it clear she had no interest in helping. Rather than listening or offering a solution, she seemed irritated by my questions and made me feel like a nuisance for simply asking for assistance.nnIt’s unfortunate to be treated this way, especially by someone in a leadership position. A bit of kindness and professionalism can go a long way, and I hope this feedback encourages a shift in how customers are approached in the future
