Im trying to build a deck. As a woman I was a little nervous going into the lumber area of Home Depot alone. I came in not really knowing what I needed, Patsy noticed me struggling and not only answered any questions I had, but brought up questions I didn’t even know I needed to know! She went above and beyond with helping all my needs. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I had here. If you have any lumber needs I highly recommend coming to see patsy.
Great staff with great knowledge I was inquiring about a deal and the item was listed in store but couldn't be found, they immediately had staff looking for the item and also immediately stated if they can't find it they'll match the price of both items to the sale item! Couldn't of asked for anything more!
Waited almost 10 minutes for help with lumber cutting as I kept getting passed off to other employees. Once I finally got an employee to help, they cut the wood to the wrong size even after I stated the exact measurements I needed multiple times. Super unhelpful and rude during the whole process.
I usually only go to Home Depot when I've exhausted possibilities at every other place in town possibly including Walmart which is very low on my list of places to buy stuff at. I remember years ago when they still had a greeter at the door, and I guess they could afford someone to do that because they didn't pay very well, is we had some gum chewing girl that kept trying to engage as my wife finally just told her to go away and stop chewing gum at her.nnAnd in all fairness we have tried out the place a few times buying stuff there. The last time we did a major purchase there was a Samsung stainless steel fridge and somehow the installation went horribly wrong. I won't say it's Home Depot's fault but everybody was busy pointing fingers at everybody else. Home Depot blaming the delivery and installation people and samsung, Samsung seeing that the local store has final say in these matters etc etc. Yeah I don't care about that stuff I just want the fridge to work right and it finally didnnWhen I think about shopping here, I think what con Nubian sin told Admiral Kirk in Star Trek 2 the Wrath of Khan when asked about surrendering he replied to him says in my opinion you have no alternative. That's how I feel about shopping at Home Depot.
I only went to look for a light bulb for the kitchen hood. I liked this store because it is extremely big and you have many places to park.
