These people are pretty amazing. Designing/laying out your deck and then beating by 10% if you wanted to check and it so happened they weren't most affordable. The Garden Centre ladies are great. They might not have Nursery comparable selection but they have lots and make you laugh and super comfortable when you shop. There is a woman that has been there for years and remembers me and my family with a big smile and welcome back to garden season. I look forward most to the garden ladies. Hubby and friends can walk around for hours looking at BBQs and toilets that we don't even need. Fun store. Fun staff.

Dealing with this particular Home Depot has been a nightmare. I ordered a refrigerator and did not get it after waiting all day on Saturday past. I received no phone calls or anything. When placing my order for this appliance I was not able to get it labour day weekend in Sept because they were to busy so I had to wait the additional week. I agreed to the Sept 9th delivery and ended up still not getting my refrigerator. I spoke with the Home Depot support team which ended up furthering my annoyance as they had no idea who I was. What??? When speaking with the manager Dave Craig of the Home depot store Midland on Hwy 12 where I had placed my appliance order, he was rude and disrespectful. He obviously does not care to give customer satisfaction. In fact, his staff could teach "him" on how to give customer satisfaction in particular his manager John for appliances. John was super with me. I will shop at ANY other Home Depot in the future or go to Rona or Lowes. Dave Craig will not see money from us in the future and I will be sure to let anyone who cares for good service not to go there as well. His lack of respect for the customer has left a very bad taste in a new comer to the Midland area. Way to go Dave Craig!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE EVER! Extremely poor management with installation and appliance delivery! Wanted to do Kitchen, garage, roof,Windows etc.Reno, the contracters either showed up once and never called back or never show up until we have to cancel the service. Purchased GE oven on Sep 10th, set up delivery date on Oct 12th. Got call on Oct 10th from GE told us it's a back order, and we have to wait till Oct. 30th. The delivery date is unknown. Called to complain, explained that customer will never know if they will get the appliance delivered On time or not until the last minutes even if they actually already buy it. Reason: they had deal with GE and other suppliers, Solution:you can cancel or wait. Why we should waste A month? Should the Home Depot pay at least some repect to our TIME and money we spent? As a consumer, by law, we have the right to know if the product we purchase can be delivered on time or not before the payment. We certainly do not deserve this!

Im curious if you guys check returns before putting them back on the shelf? We bought a weedwacker with no string attachment and when we returned it, the lady a the counter was nothing but snarky comments and attitude. That was great after we wasted the gas money running back and forth. We found out after that they cary the part we needed and she never even suggested that option.
