In my experience this is the best home store on the North Shore. There are plenty of staff, always someone around to find if you need help. The staff are mostly knowledgeable, or are in the process of learning. Their return policy is great. They have a good selection of products for good prices. The store is well organized and laid out.
Avoid Home Depot for Appliance Installation – A Nightmare Experience!nnIf you're thinking of buying an appliance that requires installation from Home Depot, DON’T DO IT. Their installation contractors have no clue what they’re doing, and there is a huge disconnect between the store and the installers.nnI purchased a fridge from Home Depot and paid for installation and removal of my old fridge. The new fridge was delivered to my home, but my old one was still sitting there because the installers had no idea what they were supposed to do! I spent hours dealing with at least SIX phone calls from the contractor, yet they still couldn’t figure out how to complete a basic removal and installation.nnWhat should have been a simple process turned into a massive headache. Home Depot's poor coordination and lack of communication turned an easy replacement job into a nightmare. Their customer service was useless and provided no real solutions.nnAt this point, I’m returning the fridge because they clearly can’t handle their own installation process. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a retailer that actually knows what they’re doing.nnDO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT IF YOU NEED INSTALLATION!

I love this store! Whenever I’ve come here for whatever product I find the staff very helpful, the prices are much cheaper than other places and they have a huge selection.nnNow that the garden works store in North Vancouver is closed I came here and discovered that they have the BEST prices on their huge selection of pots, flowers, soil etc.nnThey do need to change their entrance though. For those with disabilities it’s a huge pain to go all the way around to one entrance. It makes more sense to have multiple entrances to welcome people into the store.
I had some questions about two refrigerators dimensions and went to the appliance section. The person working there Kyle behavior was so impolite and rude. He didn't listen to my questions and did not help. There was a discrepancy between measures on website and the actual model in store an di need someone to explain me which one is correct. Even he didn't move from his chair to see what is my question. I asked him to come and see what I am talking about, but he said no. Just repeating I don't care about your measurement, I just trust numbers on computer. I think his job is to help people and answer their questions.nI talked to a friend about this behavior and she had exact same issue with same person. Rejecting to answer questions and help.nWhen I raised my concern to customer service, a lady Mariana came and helped me and explained why the dimensions are different. It was very simple and quick.nI have been in this store a lot, and always get good help from people working there, but that experience was so bad.
