Terrible customer service at this location. Store put a product on what they call “will call”. A week later I hear nothing from them and go into the store to inquire and they have no idea if the item is coming back in as it was apparently a one time order. Tried to come to a resolution but the guy I was speaking with, Vikas, was less than helpful and had the attitude of too bad , so sad. Looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if this is how Home Depot wants to operate their stores and treats their customers.

Great staff who typically know how to help! Only negative is there never seems to be enough staff on hand and have often had to wait 15-20 min for assistance. Always have anything that I'm looking for!

After missing my delivery date 3 times, costing me three days of work, damaging my home on delivery, and my many hours waiting on hold I'll be taking my business elsewhere unless they can find a way to make it up to me. If they do so, I'll remove this post. If I'm left unsatisfied and you are reading this, DON"T BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!

I always find the Orangeville Home Depot location staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. The store is clean, not overly busy or crowded and always stocks the plumbing parts and materials I need when I am there. I visit many Home Depot locations across the GTA for my business needs and the Orangeville location is almost my favourite one to visit and purchase my supplies at.
