Home Depot at Waterloo helped us with our third home renovation. We received the best customer service so we purchased additional items. Really like the onsite team and the Home Depot online shopping and planning experience.
Found someone to help after a woman sales associate on the floor acted like I was invisible. The guy who helped me was amazing and went out if his way even looking I. The stock room as there was no inventory on the floor but online said there was 10 in stock. They ended up not have any there. It was the kerosean heater additive.
I did a flooring installation with Home Depot and the associate that helped me greatly was Chelsea. She helped me figure out what would be best for me and my home with my situation when it came to my pets and what would be best for me she was very personable and very informative and helped me figure out that the pet proof carpet would be much better of an option for my basement than the panel flooring that I was debating on getting. She told me the ins and outs of what I should look for and what she would recommend versus what I shouldn’t do. And gave me exact reasons instead of just opinions. She helped me every step of the way and I will 100% be coming back to you guys again for her specifically for any other needs that I may have for Home Depot in the future. 5/5 Stars!
Had what I wanted. Service desk person seemed like I was interrupting him standing around with 3 other workers when I asked a question. Lawn and garden gentleman was wonderful and helpful, as were the associate in paint, and the cashier.
I had a hood vent kitchen emergency and came to this location. After 5 DIFFERENT employees looking at me as if I was asking questions in French and referring me to an electrician only needed help picking out the vent I finally met Clifford!!!! He was beyond kind and helpful and made sure I got everything I needed!!!! He turned what was about to be a horrible experience into a pleasurable one!! Thanks to him, I was able to do the job myself and saved myself $350-$400 in labor!! Please let Clifford know I survived and did not electrocute myself and the hood vent is working fabulous!
