Not sure if I was at a Dog Park or Home Depot. Dogs fighting! Owners with 20 ft leashes ? Really, your store policy on allowing these animals to take over has to be reviewed here. We just purchased $7000. Appliances in your store and each time we go in there are several dogs there. Just not the place, sorry dog owners take your beloved pets for a walk somewhere else. Store managers, take a look at the faces of customers not liking the animal kingdom at the store.nL. Smith
Customer service really bad!nI am a residential handywoman with 44 years of experience with a vast amount of knowledge of home repairs, renovations, mill work & carpentry. I spend a lot of money yearly 10k plus in Home Depot.nOver the years I have dealt with many sexists remarks from men in hardware stores. Usually I brush it off with humour & carry on, but this month twice at this store I was treated with total disrespect, humiliated & offended by 2 young male employees in 2 separate incidents. Flooring & Paint. These young men have no experience in the hardware or customer service business. Unlikely they own homes or ever will in this town, yet they have the ability to treat me a “paying customer” with total disregard as if I was inconveniencing them by ask them to do their job. If Home Depot does not pay attention to their employees attitudes, I will shift to Rona & encourage my customers & colleagues to do the same. I pay for goods & service not “attitude”.
This place has really started to suck. 3 places for contractors with trailers. Today there is a matrix in the middle parked so I can’t get in. It’s always like this. 3 complaints and the last time the employee said ‘well I guess no one really cares’. I own a construction company. Everything is now with Rona. But today I stopped in for some quick stuff. I got to the counter and 500$ worth of odds and ends on the counter. I asked for a bag. Cashier says you need to find a box we don’t have bags. I pointed at paper bags. Oh those are .25 cents. So I said ok I’ll buy a couple. He then says don’t worry about it and hands me the bags. The line had to wait until I bagged my stuff. I also didn’t put my cart back. I used to be a loyal customers. I spend a lot at these stores. It will take a lot to get me back. Eff this place
Ya know the jist, it's a great place to get home renovationg/ updating/ hobbies, home store. Has lots of what you're looking for in that genre. Lights, paints, bolts, wood? They got it. Always make sure you check online if you are nervous like me to go in store they'll let you know before hand!nWelcoming staff that are happy to help!
Got my hose fitting fixed. They have a huge selection of pipe fittings.nCustomer service is always appreciated.nKeep up the good work
