Terrible experience here, client drove an hour out of her way to pick out an exterior door, was in perfect condition and paid in full. The door got badly damaged by careless employees loading it on the cart upside down with zero protection scratching and denting the door.nnExtremely frustrating and shows lack of training, responsibility and care from management and employees. You would think they would be careful with an $800 door but no, they don’t care and had zero solutions other then waiting days if not weeks for a replacement. Won’t be returning to this store.
I always receive friendly and helpful service from all the staff at the Bolton Home Depot, and the ladies at the self checkout counter are always so nice : Also, I did order some flooring from this location to be installed through the Home Depot installation services, and everything worked out great and it looks beautiful! The installer Frank was also very nice and had much expert flooring experience!!
Great service overall. I truly appreciate the help from the supervisor in the rental department unfortunately I forgot the name of the wonderful Italian gentleman, as well as Michael for their support today. They were both very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They even helped me load and unload a heavy item into the car and took the time to fully explain how to use it. Excellent staff across all departments—highly recommended.
Well stocked - was able to find almost everything and the last item I ordered online with free delivery. A surprising side note, they have the cleanest bathroom of any retail store I’ve ever been to.
Great selection of Christmas trees today so mission accomplished for our visit today. However, it is inconceivable that they don’t have an electric saw to cut off the base. The poor guy working this department is using a manual saw and told us that the electric one had broken and management hadn’t replaced it. How CHEAP is this Home Depot’s manager that he cannot spare an electric saw at the beginning of Christmas trees sales? Doesn’t he realize how much longer it takes to cut each tree hence give the good customer service Home Depot prides itself on giving? I hope his employee doesn’t get hurt sawing by hand so many trees this season
