The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Helped me find a Ryobi lawn mower, on sale that was in upper shelf and brought it down to take home , all in the last hour. Had to travel out of city to get it as my local place ran out.
I went through Home Depot to have drapes installed for my home. Frank Hoekstra from Total Blind Care was the rep I worked with and I am thrilled with the end result. Frank was professional and personable from the very beginning to the very end of the project. The drapes are exactly what I had envisioned. I highly recommend Home Depot and Frank!
I would like to commend Bonnie from the pro desk for assisting me in purchasing my lumber for my home deck project. She was very kind , helpful and very knowledgeable with her work ethic. I felt welcome and had a positive experience. If I were to rate her customer service I would give her a 10 out of 10. Anyone consider shopping at Home Depot come to Woodstock. The staff are amazing. I went to return an item that I was told to buy from an employee earlier in the afternoon since I didn’t know which product is best, and it was the wrong item that I was told to buy. And I realized it was the wrong item after I used it. And I only used like 1 tbs. So not that much. But the employee Spence, told her manager that I used half a bottle and that I was yelling at her. And the manager came and told me that they can’t serve me because I yelled at his employee. And when I told the manager that if you won’t accept the return then I will have to contact the headquarters of HD. And he said to not thread him. And he’ll call the police on me. And then the Spence told me that I should have read the label before buying. And I told her that the Home Depot employee told me to buy this and she said it doesn’t matter. And when I told her that if I come and ask for help on paint and I am giving primer instead that’s not my fault. And Spence said that the all Home Depot employee aren’t professional. No kidding. They can’t even take their customer service job properly. And when I exited the store, Spence, said that I got what I deserved and wanted. What kind of customer service is this. This is the second time Spence gave me trouble from returning items. And the first time I went to headquarters since she refused to accept the return because I bought it. And it was a measuring tape.
My husband and I are doing a major Reno and needed quite a bit of lumber..We went to Home Depot in Woodstock . Amin and Devino helped us each, multiple times. They were amazing!! Great customer service!!! Friendly, funny and just really fantastic to deal with.nHighly recommend these two if u need any lumber.nThanks guys! Your awesome, truly!
