Just visited the store today, and WOW.... lots of bolts missing from the racks worse than the Brooklin location. I only had time to walk down half the isles, so I can't imagine how many more bolts are missing. Also, one of the overstock nets was WIDE OPEN.nnPassed several employees, but only one of them acknowledged me. No one asked if I needed assistance. Store was somewhat clean.
Aasim …… was just awesome ….. he figured out how to cut a 4x8 sheet into thirds with absolutely no waste.nnHe was a gentleman, and helped me load a huge amount of lumber onto my service vehicle.nnThanks Aasim
I am leaving a review for Katie and Dennis. I hope they get to see this review. Katie was so patient and kind while explaining everything to me. I am very lost within the home department. Visited the store last week with a plumbing issue I had no idea how to solve. Raj at the store walked me through exactly how to fix it and what I would need for it. And it all worked like magic. Thank you so much, Raj. The wonderful associates are the best feature of Home Depot stores.
This review is specifically for the employee named Justice. I’m not sure which department he is from but he went above and beyond to help us out recently. We went in to purchase 30-40 bags of garden soil and were made aware that the brand we wanted was not available in the garden centre at that time but there was a skid or two of it outside of the lumber / contractor area doors. The garden centre employee walked us down to the lumber area and passed us over to another employee not sure of his name and he walked outside with us, verified the product we wanted and then walked away. Justice happened to be nearby and asked if anyone was helping us. I told him there was someone but they seem to have disappeared. My husband went to get our vehicle to back it up to the skid for easier loading and Justice let us know he would help us load it up. He mentioned it wasn’t his department and there should be 3 employees from the seasonal/gardening department that could help us out but he was happy to help us. Thank you, Justice for looking after us even though it wasn’t your department. We really appreciate your excellent customer service!!
