Date/Time of Visit; November 6 approximately 7:30pm went to Home Depot to get a key cut. The key cutting machine is conveniently located near the main entrance. Make a left when you walk in and it's right there. Machine was easy to use, and key was cut in no time. Machine cut is very accurate and no problems when I got home.nIt was disappointing to see the cart return area in the mess that it was, which was surprising as there were multiple employees within the store from what I could see.nIf the carts were organized/returned I would have given a 5
I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot thanks to Kinjal. She took the time to clearly explain the product and answered all my questions with patience. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and it made my purchase decision much easier. I truly appreciate her help and also want to acknowledge the HR team for hiring such extraordinary staff, as well as the training department for preparing employees to deliver such excellent service. Highly recommend!
The assistant store manager sorry I didn’t get their name is amazing at handling customer complaints, I called upset over an interaction in store where an employee kept using gender specific terminology.nThe customer service from the assistant store manager was very thoughtful and respectful. I have faith that they will speak the staff and ensure that it doesn’t happen in the future. Thank you for your professionalism, I will return to this store as it hears its customers and works with them.
This is the first time I have ever written any type of review for anywhere. I wanted to say thank-you to Steve in the plants/lawn care area. Me and my wife have been going to this store for a long time. Sometimes service is good and sometimes we walk around trying to find people. We have been to the store 3 times in the last month and Steve is always there. He remembers us he greets us with a smile and is knowledgeable. He has offered to go get us a cart when we had a bunch of plants. Thank you Steve for restoring this old guys faith in customer service. Sincerely Simon and Gloria
Used to be my favourite location to get wood cut as a small business owner since I can’t do large straight cuts on my own. Sadly my experience with Steve over the weekend left me embarrassed and not wanting to return after the rude eye rolls, “WHAT?!” statements to my dimensions, and overall feeling of being a huge inconvenience to him. Sorry that I had 4 pieces to be cut? I don’t think I should be shamed over it. It’s already intimidating being a woman in this type of field. Do better.
