Love the Hodag legend - and this is a must-see statue. Check out the nice riverwalk nearby too, the boardwalk is really nicely done.

He's a handsome devil. A cozy town with a great mascot that's a part of lumberjack lore. Love this city.
Lots of information on local attractions, and the Hodag is pretty cool, as well. There's two Pokémon gyms also.

Loved seeing the hodag and getting some maps of the city and trails ect. We also went for the riverfront walk and my sone found a bunch of painted rocks we are rehiding them this afternoon at buck lake. Loved it!
