Oh my goodness, the staff were so sweet, the coffee was ABSOLUTELY amazing, cannot tell you how much I loved their food! My boyfriend had smoked Salmon eggs Bennie and didn't breath in between it was so good.... They also have gluten free options which is perfect!! Absolutely suggest everyone to try this place on their way through!! Thank you so much Xian you were an amazing server :)

Not enough staff, even though there were empty tables, we had to wait while server waited tables before seated us. Took much longer than it should have. Once seated, coffees were ordered...took an incredibly long time to receive them. Server was friendly however. Food was definitely overpriced for what it was. Ordered eggs basted medium, eggs came sunny side up and easy. The atmosphere and decor was nice but they really need to increase quality of food or reduce price and d3finitely hire some extra staff. Place has potential

The Hive is an excellent restaurant with a Red Seal Chef (Mark). The food is excellent with a good and changing selection of Craft Beers. An effort is put in to sourcing ingredients locally. And Mark has made some of the best soups I have ever tried. Don't forget to ask about the specials.

Delightful coffee spot and great breakfasts! Homemade bread and fantastic coffee in such a cute setting. Will definately go back next year when we vacation at the lake. You gotta eat here!!

Love this little gem of a place, good food, good staff, creative events, great coffee. Food is from scratch and locally sourced. The coffee is roasted on site.
