Fair Bae, you're safe if you're not there too close to close. Once it gets towards the general bar closing hour in the area, the bartenders just want to get you out so they can go home. Had a bad experience with a bartender who went on to say he was related to the bar owner and I could address my grievances there. He was a good bartender until he decided he wanted to leave and will try to say the bar was dead even tho the 7 people in the bar were clearly still drinking. Definitely better off hitting downtown waukesha instead of this hole in the wall who can't maintain decent staff.
Met our kids here for lunch around 2:30 on a Sunday, not too busy. We were greeted and seated immediately. Server had our drinks out super quick. We had the cheese curds for an appetizer…no pic cuz we were starving and they were phenomenal!! Hubby had the brat, ate every bite so obviously it was good! Daughter-in-law had the Buffalo chicken wrap, she enjoyed hers! Son had the Ribeye steak, he too ate every last bit and said it was in his top 5 of best Ribeyes, his wife ate the baked potato, also delicious only negative, as it was a bit pricey $21.99, it was supposed to come with a soup or salad & we had ordered the potato soup that never came. We did not remind our server or complain, just a tad disappointed as would have loved to try their soup! I had the California burger 1/3# cheeseburger with, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, raw onion and avocado. It was good, the avocado was like a store bought guacamole and a tad bitter, but not bad. I would have preferred avocado like the menu said, but didn’t complain and ate it anyway. Overall food was great, server was friendly and food came out quick! We will be back!

Awesome pub. The soup of the day is the best thing on the menu. They also have pizza specials. Brick oven baked pizza. But always get the soup of the day as you will never be disappointed. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and fun. This is a world class bar. Nice place that makes you feel as if you are at home.
Friendly bartender and locals. Stopped in for a few drinks after dinner. Good selection of booze and beer on tap. They had a great seltzer on tap from ciderboys. Great prices too! Dont expect anything fancy though, that's what's great about it! Will definitely be back sometime.
Very small, but they do have Spotted Cow.
Cozy bar with all your favorite drinks and then some. Super friendly bartenders that keep shots flowing and the fun happening. There's usually a little Chihuahua that's monitoring the place.
The quintessential townie bar, where 6 drinks will run you $30 and they throw in a free hangover. Good jukebox, cheap beer, ideal service, diverse crowd.
We liked the pool table and dart board. There were not many people, and they had a tame, mild crowd. The prices for the soda were only one dollar.
Cozy place. Very nice service! Bartender was friendly and accommodating. Shake of the day was a plus. Can definitely tell its a home for regulars. Not bad!
