I needed a hearing test for Veterans Affairs Canada and consider myself fortunate to have found the Fernie office through a Google search. Appointment was easy to make, I got a call a couple of days in advance to remind me and the appointment itself was on time, quick and friendly. Couldn't be more impressed or satisfied.
The Hearing loss clinic team in Fernie was extremely efficient, friendly and professional. They took the time to explain both the testing process and results in meaningful way that helped me fully understand my auditory health and needs. Wow… I needed to get my Hearing test done for my Aviation Medical and I couldn’t get an appt in less than a month in Calgary. I took a chance and called the Fernie Hearing Clinic and they were able to get me in thankfully. I’m so glad I did, I hopped in the car and made a morning of it getting the hearing test done and having brunch at Mugshots…. Even shopped a couple shops! Such a great morning. Plus the hearing test was easy breezy. The girls were truly wonderful, professional and fun. I’ll definitely be back for my next Aviation hearing test!! Thanks again!!!!

Fernie Hearing Loss Clinic has such amazing friendly staff. Always pleasant and accomodating. Louise at the front desk is such a lovely lady. Highly recommend them for everyone in the Elk Valley. I drive from Alberta just for them, never an issue.
Went to get my hearing checked at the Hearing Loss Clinic in Fernie. Patty and Louise were both knowledgeable and courteous, I couldn’t recommend a place higher if you need your hearing checked without a lot of pressure. Thanks again.
