David and Andrea are a great team I was very happy with my outcome. He was quick in getting my case filed to stop garnishment (which he was able to get me all the money back from the creditors). Dave hammond handled my bankruptcy..hands down the best attorney you could ever hire...while at court watching others thumble n stumble over paperwork n such...not dave hammond...he was prepaired!! He even thought of the just incase little things so there were no hiccups...dave hammond went out of his way to make sure everything went as smoothly  as possible ...anyone seeking the services of an attorney i recommend giving dave hammond a call ..he's professional courteous and fair with his fees...

Mr. Hammond and his staff really made a difficult experience navigable.  They were very clear in their communication, always on top of details, and always respectful. Mr. Hammond not only was professional, efficient, and competent, he also helped to guide us through what to expect.  Additionally, when he was needed at a moment's notice, he made himself available.  I'm grateful for his wisdom at a time when we needed it.
