If you’re looking for proper business etiquette this is not the place for you! My family member has given Palma over 10 years of loyalty and when she called to book an appointment was told that she hasn’t been there in the past couple of months So she wasn’t taking her back. Palma was rude and very selective of her clients. Her attitude is somewhat arrogant and she gives the impression that her time is more valuable than others. You would think that Covid would humble people and make them appreciate they’re loyal customers. With people homeschooling their children, some working through Covid, and simple life complications I have never heard of being turned away from a cash business

Always getting the best haircut at Palma’s. She is truly the best hairdresser/ hairstylist I’ve ever met. Never I had to leave their salon disappointed - as it happened so often at other places before -. She is very talented and passionate about her profession, mastered it to a level where her clients can definitely trust her scissors !

Nothing special for the brag. My hair did not come out the way I hoped. This lady was more interested in her phone than anything.
