Almost 20 minutes waiting, even though I booked in advance, it also says you get an hour treatment and it was no more than 35 minutes at the end 3 minutes max of head massage normally that my most favorite part, its never been this short anywhere i took my other haircuts Then he told me he will put some hair conditioner for 5 minutes, but he was back maybe after 10 minutes while I'm waiting with my had in the sink.. no hair mask was offered, it really felt like if the guy who cut my hair was sort of in a rush/lazy?/ Busy with other clients same time? For the outcome: An ok haircut, nice overall just for double price.. didn't feel like this guy wants to put much effort, I was requested to be standing up during the cut ?? I get it- i have a long hair but i never had to stand up, it was uncomfortable. there was no drink offered at all and when you pay 1350 that should definitely be included I guess I don't think I'll choose this place again.
Horrible experience without even getting a haircut and color! I have moved to Prague recently and I wanted to find a great hairdresser in Prague. After a looong research on where I will give my trust with hair color and haircut I am quite picky when it comes to my hair, I decided to book the appointment online on your website. You have that option for a reason. At least, I assumed. Plus, I already told about your salon to my friend who was also planning to visit you after hearing about my experience. My appointment was booked way in advance, on the 23rd of September. The booking was for this Saturday, October 1st 12:30. I came 10 minutes earlier and your colleague told me to go around the corner I didn’t know there are two branches just close to each other. There was another hairdresser completely lost. No one knew about the booking. She told me that I probably had an appointment with the owner who is sick today and that Martin, the owner, doesn’t know how to use the same reservation system to cancel the appointment that he has on his website. Those was her specific words. Are you kidding me? And Yes! I wanted to have a haircut and color with Martin Svarc, which I booked online way in advance. The fact that I planned and rescheduled my whole Saturday accordingly to respect the agreement, and yet, no one was able to call me to cancel or reschedule. You had my phone number and my email to call me on time. I am shocked and really disappointed with that level of unprofessionalism. It would be my first time in your salon and now I have no intention to come after this experience. And I will never say to anyone of my expat friends to visit your salon.
Frankly, The hairdresser does not concern on the details of hair cutting. long hair cut is only spend 13 mins. 5 mins wash and 10 mins mask. the appointment is for one hour. I asked to improve the layer cutting then hairdresser do needful. But it is far away to expect the hair style. The hair cost is 1350kc for woman, I dont think this is valuable pay for a normal haircutting skills. Feeling hairdresser is hurry up to end the work. I would not visit again and will search other salons. The hairstyle is also not fashion at all.Service: Hairstyling
