Referred to Advanced Gutter by friends in April 2015. They were actually at our friends house a few blocks away and came right over after they finished at their house. They did a thorough cleaning of our eaves troughs which hadn't been cleaned in a few years and we were very happy. Was planning to call to have them back this Spring but got really busy and it kept falling down the list so I was very pleased to receive a voice mail from Andy last week asking if we needed them back this year. We had been wanting to change our downspout so I asked him to do that along with another cleaning. They were at our house the next day and he came ready with a downspout extension that matched the color of our existing one and had both jobs done in short order. Very happy with their service, work and follow-up. Highly recommend them!! A+++++

I called Andy because my gutters were coming off the garage. He came in a couple of hours and repaired them on the spot. He didn’t try to sell me new ones and told me they were good for another 5 years. Reattached them to the garage. I am so impressed with his honesty and integrity. I will call him when it’s time to replace them

I called Andy around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. He was just leaving a job up in Jasper. As reception was bad he said he would call me in a couple hours. He did. I told him my issue and he said he would come first thing in the morning around 10 AM to assess the problem. He was here at 10 AM - right on time. Problem was not only assessed but it was resolved within the hour. Andy not only did the job he came back later in the day to check it and ensure everything was to our liking. ... Andy followed that up with a phone call to confirm that all was okay and give me assurances that I could call him anytime and he would come back.
