It's stressful finding a new salon and stylist when you've loved and trusted one for years but I've found my new one! Danielle understood and made me feel calm and took the time to assess my hair condition neglect and box dye and convince me it wasn't bad I love my new hair and I'm not stressed any more
I love the guild! Lara did a root melt on me and it was my very first time doing that. I went it anxious and came out feeling better than ever! She made sure to ask me how I was feeling throughout the whole appointment, made sure I was comfortable and also asked if I liked/disliked how my hair looked during the process. She took her time and made sure to make my hair look great and I would definitely recommend her, especially if you are wanting to try something new!!
I was lucky to have Lara as my stylist. She did a great job updating my hair color, she was super detailed and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Not to mention how friendly and funny she is. I would recommend her and the Guild in a heart beat. Can't wait to go back.Service: Hairstyling
I had my first visit and was absolutely floored by my experience. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took time to understand what I wanted, giving their own recommendations expertise as well! The little touches meant so much to me also… like having a foot stool at the hair washing sink… totally unexpected, yet so nice for my short little legs . What an exception experience my daughter and I had here! I had colour cut and extensions put in and my daughter had colour correction and cut. Both women who helped us were excellent! I have had some wicked bad experiences when trying a new salon and to say I was nervous to go in and go from blonde to red would be an understatement. Aliina was kind , professional , funny and did such an amazing job . I will most definitely be coming back in and can not say enough about them to my family and friends. My favourite place to get my hair done Aliina Is amazing and I’ve been going to her for almost 10 years! Highly recommend. They also have a cute cafe and little shop to kill time in.
