Mo from Granite Shoppe was exceptionally responsive to our needs, pleasant to work with, gave us time to decide and executed the work a lot quicker than would other places in Ottawa. We had to have someone come to measure three times, because we were not sure where to out seams, and the Granite Shoppe arranged the visits quickly and efficiently. They even made three long extra pieces of the slub that I wanted for another project. The installers were professional, and the seams are hardly noticeable. We love our countertop!
Just moved into our new home and loving our new quartz countertops. The service we received from the granite shop was top notch. It's obvious they truly care about their customers. From the sales people to the installers and even the after care specialist Steve, everyone was fabulous. We received such exceptional care from Hawa! She was professional and courteous and went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceed our expectations. The entire experience, from start to finish was ! Thank you Granite Shop!

Contacted Granite Shoppe with a request for a pastry baking slab as a gift. Got such amazing & responsive customer service from Joe. Often it’s so hard to get good service or help with any small job, but this place was phenomenal! Thank you!! Highly recommend dealing with this company, they really treat you well!!
A product is only as good as the team. From start to finish the Granite Shop did an excellent job. They were always available to answer my questions and concerns. They helped me pick out a suitable countertop for my decor. The service and professionalism I received was 'old school' and all at an affordable price it was done within our budget. Thank-you Lucy, Joe, Manny, Steve, Tony and Derrick, we couldn't be happier!
Post service is non-exsistent. Have waited, and Manny Vieira refuses to correct the poorly installed faucet,and the granite has cracked. Very disappointed.

I was very happy with the service, knowledge, and professionalism provided during my journey to find a new counter top. There were so many options, plus their willingness to provide samples to take home. Installation was seamless and removed the old counter, and sink. I would certainly deal with this company again. Thanks to Hawa for her patience and suggestions of products.

We had already visited two other granite type shops and were shocked at the exceedingly poor reception we received once they realized we only needed $2-3000 worth of product as accent pieces and that we were past the point of refinishing a complete kitchen. Our contractor recommended visiting The Granite Shop where we met Hawa, who was great to work with and who fully explained all our options, including a lower priced product that fully matched our existing counters. The showroom is huge but is nothing compared to the vast rows of product lined up outside. The pricing was all inclusive and the final bill was exactly as discussed. The installers were on time and very pleasant and respectful of our home and of our freshly refinished floors. Highly recommended!
