I wasn't told a time of purchase that countertop wasn't going to be finished beside fridge and stove. When I called store to get it finished they told me that's the way it comes and were unwilling to take care of my issue even though I was willing to PAY for it to be done. Very unhappy that I now have an unfinished countertop and would not recommend company.
Great experience with this company. My mom was updating her home before selling and the realtor recommended Granite Outlet. Prices were by far the lowest anywhere. Counter shape was complicated so they sent a guy to laser measure. I went to the show room to pick out pieces. They were happy to move slabs around until I picked the ones I wanted. On installation day a coupe of guys came and installed in no time. Very satisfied customer and if I need granite I will come back for sure!
A friend of mine gave me the contact information for the company 'Granite Outlet' in which their beautiful kitchen was remodeled by them. I am extremely happy and impressed with the whole experience. From the beginning to the very end. They were very accommodating and helpful with our schedule. They were very professional and gave us detailed information on our place and gave their recommendations and walked us through everything. This was assuring as they were very knowledgeable and I got the impression they really did care about the work they were doing and wanted to give our family the same quality that they would give their own. These guys are excellent, the workmanship and the finish is clean. The Staff were very professional and polite. Worth every penny!! Thank you guys once again!! I did my research after getting a couple friends with great experiences referring me. I chose to go with this company. I was pleased with their service. It was nice to be able to get a quick quote and choose the material. I had my kitchen cabinets and countertop done by this company. The finished job looks great. They got everything done on time. It's too bad they don't come out to do estimates but it was easy enough for me to provide the measurements. Many other companies asked for the same thing. The ones that did come out to my place for a quote all quoted higher anyhow.
Beautiful Kitchen Cabinet and Granite Counter ! We got our new kitchen done a week before my wife' birthday. She is so happy about it. We also would like to say thank you to their stuff; kitchen designer, and Installer as well. You guy did another nice job.
HORRIBLE!!!!! Needed a granite countertop for my business. Agreed to the specifications and price, then the sales agent calls me to tell me that I needed more granite than thought and it was going to cost me an extra $1000, even after I brought him the plans of the counter and exact measurements! After bringing this to the attention of the owner, he would not refund my deposit of $200. I ended up goIng to Moonstone granite in Mississauga and they did it for less than my original quote from Granite Outlet. Steer clear of this place
I originally saw their Search ad on Google on my phone a little while back, and called directly through their ad. I had a few general inquiries and the rep was very helpful. I then booked an appointment to go for an in-store visit. I was looking to replace my old kitchen countertop, and the folks that worked there were very nice and helped tremendously with suggestions and eventually picked out a gorgeous White Agate surface. Previously I've looked up a few other places, and I can say that in terms of price, you CAN'T beat this place! Feel free to do your own research, but if budget is a concern you should definitely check out this place. The follow up delivery and installation was great as well, no complaints there. I was very surprised to find some of the comments here, and I feel obliged to say that, quite frankly i think they are purely malicious, most with no reasoning/story behind any of their claims! There's even one person recently that gave 1 star ONLY because he saw a couple other reviews online, and proceeded to suggest that the owner should 'improve his business practices', even though he had NO interactions with the business whatsoever. I just thought that's laughable...I'd definitely recommend GraniteOutlet to my friends, even if it's just for the price.
Very bad customer service, I do not suggest this company at all. if you don't believe me just go and try them.
THEY ARE ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IN TORONTO DO NOT GO THERE
