Goji Berry Health Foods is an independently owned boutique health food store. We carry vitamins, homeopathics, herbs, biodynamic skin- and body-care, chemical-free makeup, essential oils, allergy-friendly foods, and much, much more. We believe that a community’s health is measured by the health of each of its members, and that by attending to the health needs of others we attend to our own. We are therefore committed to healthy living and educating the public on the dangers and negative side effects of drug and pesticide use, chemical additives, and environmental toxins.

I've been to Goji Berry a few times while in Hamilton this summer. What I always look for when shopping anywhere is exceptional customer service...and that's exactly what I found at Goji Berry and my reason for a 5 start rating. The store owner introduced me to some great products which have helped me start a new healthy routine. The prices are not as high as other stores, plus what I really love is how organized the store is. And there's organic make-up too! Every now and then they do makeovers so can't wait to go back for one!
Goji Beery is such a warm and inclusive space, the health advice and independent attention to each and every customer is a breath of fresh air. The staff and owner spend quality time with each person that walks in their doors to ensure they walk out empowered with knowledge and supplies! I had the privilege to speak with the owner and she took the time to have a conversation with me and ended up inspiring me to pursue my career in midwifery! I left Goji Beery with an armful of products and supplements and much needed words of wisdom and experience. I also have asked in the past for specific products and they have been ordered specifically for me without hesitation, I highly recommend Gogji Berry for anyone looking to take a proactive approach to their health and wellness and who want to support local business :
In the wellness industry there is so many fillers and people who will sell you anything without listening. It's hard to find a place that knows SO much and genuinely cares about health and wellness, what works & helps. Goji berry is a hidden gem. They have the best products, everything is tested and high quality. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and genuinely wants to help you naturally. I cannot recommend them enough - thank you
What a great little store! I was recently introduced to this store through a mutual friend. The owner is very knowledgeable and approachable. She is able to provide direction and clarity on the products offered and makes appropriate suggestions. Visiting Goji Berry and picking up health products has now become a weekly routine.
Goji Berry is a real gem! The owner is very knowledgeable, kindhearted and always has valuable suggestions for me. I love visiting the store because it has a gentle and comforting atmosphere, it's full of wonderful products that I want, and I have also learned about so many great products that I didn't know about too. My favourite finds so far: a jar of tasty raw honey and a strong bamboo bath brush!
Honestly, this place is so amazing. They are so knowledgeable, and can always help with any questions I have. They helped with changing my life style around to a healthier one and I've never felt better! Worth every dollar I have ever spent there. I love this new health food store! The owner really knows her products! Only the very best companies have their products in this store. The owner knows these materials from years of training and can advise most expertly as well on the bioavailability, individual needs, and what works best for what condition The customer does not have to worry about whether the vitamin, mineral or pro-biotic is high quality or has some nasty fillers, low-quality source materials, colors, additives and the like hidden in them.Nothing makes it on Gpji Berry's shelves that has hidden problems. I know what I look for when I get my supplements, as I am a medical science writer and have researched nutritional supplements for close to two decades. The owner of the store attentively listened to my desire to improve my digestion. I explained my symptoms. She suggested the use of digestive enzymes. I was a bit skeptical a first. I had tried prescribed medication without success. Once I started using digestive enzymes my symptoms decreased substantially. I am feeling so much better. I am thankful.
Not sure if these people writing the previous reviews are talking about a different staff member, however, the past 3-4 times I've been there the lady working is never able to adequately answer any questions. Always responding with "I'm not sure" or "Well its up to your preference" when asked about non-subjective things. Never able to distinguish between products or give decent information. Staff may want to brush up on their knowledge of their products so they don't have to be reading off the box of the product when asked a generic question about the product.
Cost of essential oils were 20$ more than on the label when I brought to the counter. Higher prices than you’d expect. Small but varied. Also prices in store are significantly higher than online. Beware
