Ok, I really like this place. The food is fantastic and the dishes are new plays on pub classics. The beer is very good. I had the "Pay the Bills" brew and I loved it. Not usually a fan of craft beers I know sacrilegious but this one was great. The staff is super nice and that is important. Worth checking out.
Located in the heart of downtown Newmarket and was formally The King George Hotel, this brewery and eatery is a must visit. With its high ceilings you can see the kegs above surrounded by industrial decor. During the summer they have a lovely patio in the front and back. The food is delicious and the pints are even better. Overall good vibes and good customer service.
I was impressed by the food and service here, I hadn’t been to Main St Newmarket for a meal in many years, and I definitely won’t miss out any longer. I had the Pretzel Loaf and Wild Mushroom Grilled Cheese, and it was all delicious. Anyone that says they make their own mustard is to be trusted in my books! The beer was good too!
Took the family out for a late lunch in Newmarket. We were not disappointed. Nice selection of beers brewed in-house and great food to accompany. Costumer service at its best. We will be back!
Awesome place, awesome service!! Thanks to Lauren for her friendly and caring service!! Bravo girl! We ordered the Hot Chicken sandwich and Beef Dip!!! Hot chicken was delicious, white meat breaded perfectly and spicy but not overwhelming. The Beef Dip was tender goodness. Amazing homemade fries too! Great spot folks!!!
Had the opportunity to go to this place with a friend for dinner. The beer taster set of 4 was a nice idea so we could sample their in house brews and enjoyed some new flavours. I had the fish tacos that were Ok...I was a bit disappointed with the taste. My friend had the burger and said it was great. We sat outside which was nice.
Went for lunch. Always excellent. Temperance is a great low alcohol beer. Mushroom grilled cheese is amazing. Grilled to perfection. Beef dip had just the right amount of horseradish. Gravy dip was great for both sandwiches & fries. Music was also perfect for a chill Sunday afternoon.
This micro brewery was fun before, now they've upgraded to drool worthy. Their new menu, which is developed by the Irv restaurant, is very tasty! I highly recommend the Beef dip sandwich, and the fries are crisp, double fried and lightly seasoned. Wide variety menu all paired with in house brew match up suggestions.
A fantastic gastropub that offers some of the finest selection of Ontario craft brew and a delicious food menu to pair. The Mushroom Grilled Cheese was excellent as well as the Chicken Sandwich paired with Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato soup. On top of that, the customer service was excellent!
Had lunch here with a group and everyone LOVED the food. We got the charcuterie amazing, turkey BLTs my fave, brisket sandwich, and hot chicken sandwich. People enjoyed their beers as well, great service
