Is there a way to give 6 stars?! I was beyond thrilled with my experience working with The Gathering Event Co. Their work is stunning and we received so many compliments about the florals and decor at our wedding. They went above and beyond in numerous ways throughout the planning, including working directly with our venue to try and execute a unique seating arrangement we requested. It was a great working relationship - Amanda was supportive of my ideas while lending her expertise to improve the design vision. I would also like to mention that we booked their services back in 2021 for our 2022 wedding and they honoured their pricing - which I've heard from friends wasn't always the case. In a hectic wedding season I could really tell the effort Amanda put in to make sure I felt supported as a client while she probably had 500 other events happening at the same time! Amanda is so lovely to work with & I can't thank The Gathering Event Co. enough for the amazing job they did! I highly recommend them for your next event!

Amanda and Grace are such wonderful ladies and they are very talented at what they do — we are beyond grateful for them and feel SO lucky that they were available to handle the florals and decor on our wedding day. Amanda also acted as our day of coordinator and we hands down could not have done it without her! We ended up having to move our wedding location due to incremental weather and Amanda helped us pull this last minute change off without a hitch. The florals and decor were also STUNNING — my jaw dropped when I saw our main table for the first time. Amanda was so lovely to work with and every time I talked to her she helped me feel more relaxed and excited about our big day. I would recommend the Gathering Event Co. in an instant

I am still pulling myself together after our wedding yesterday…Amanda, Grace, and the whole team at The Gathering Event Co created the wedding of our dreams. I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. The flowers were stunning, table runners which they hand dyed themselves were breathtaking, and every little detail with the place cards and charger plates was everything I dreamed of. They even made the most adorable little hair pin for my 11-month old niece who was the flower girl. Not only are they absolute artists, they are the nicest people you will ever meet. Amanda was so lovely to work with for the design details, and they were so accommodating during Covid as we rescheduled our wedding a few times. True gems! I am just in awe, and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you ladies so much!

Working with Amanda from The Gathering Event Co was the most amazing experience ever. She simply has a way about her that makes you feel so comfortable right away. She blew me away with her design and her openess to a vision that I couldn't of pulled off on my own. All the decor she chose and the florals were out of this world. I loved how easy she coordinated the whole day and made me feel like I could actually enjoy our wedding. Don't hesisate to work with her, I promise you won't be dissapointed!

My husband and I got married last week and therefore I don’t have photos at this time but I can not say enough good things about this decor company! Amanda understood our vision from the start and only improved on it from there. Her computer system for quotes was clear and easy to understand, with photos of all decor, so you can picture everything. She has a lovely home office where she set up table examples for us of design. She answered all of the questions we had and guided us on questions we didn’t know we had. She absolutely eased my mind about all the decor planning. She perfectly captured the modern garden ethereal style wedding that represented us, with excellent attention to detail. Our venue organizer also had great things to say about working with them, and that they had done a great jobs there before. The florals on the day we’re absolutely stunning, and when we walked into the decorated venue we were absolutely blown away. I received compliments all night on the decor, especially the head table where they suspended floral pieces and candles from the ceiling! All pricing was very reasonable and well worth the worry free experience. Amanda was both warm and very professional, we absolutely recommend! Thanks again!!!

I could not have asked for a better decorator for my wedding! Amanda was great to work with from start to finish. She listened to all of my ideas and turned my vision into life, which turned out to be better than I imagined. Our head table was a sweet heart table, which only seats 2 people, so one would think that it would look small in a large banquet hall. But the backdrop that they gave us made it seem so grand and elegant with beautiful ceiling to floor drapery, a hanging chandelier, and gold sequin linen with romantic lit candles at our table. They also provided us with a beautiful card box which fit all of the cards we received from our 120+ guests and had plenty of room for more. Also, their floral arrangements were beautiful. I didn't bother to do a trial with Amanda because I trusted that they would provide beautiful flowers as I had seen on their Instagram page. I loved everything from my bouquet, to the large floral arrangements that they made, and even down to the smallest rose petal... it was perfect. The Gathering Event Company is a great place to go for flowers and decorations. They are affordable with quality service, and are very friendly. At the end of my wedding day, I stayed back for the tear down, and it was so pleasant talking with Grace and their team. I would definitely recommend this company to others!
