The Fun Factory is ... fun! It's quite large with lots of room to run around and play. I haven't been there in years - they've renovated the whole place. It looks great and has the mesh walls so you can spot your kiddo every now and then. There are a couple of levels to climb around on, with two different types of slides. My six year old had a great time at his friend's birthday party. It sounds like they were quite organized and took care of everything. We'll go back again and take our eight year old too - he'll love it! There are arcade games there too, but the card system was not super reliable and confusing. The variety of games would be fun. We may try them again - not sure about that part.
Haven't been here in years and the revamp is great. Arcade games aren't worth it really but I'm giving 5 stars for the staff. The 2 girls behind the counter so sorry I didn't get names but they went above and beyond to make this family outting a hit. My son worked his butt off to get a stuffie for his sister and the girls let us trade it for a Unicorn. Which made my daughters night. My son was bummed cause he wasn't going to have enough tickets for the one he wanted but with the act of kindness they watched him do for his little sister, they worked with us to get him the stuffie he was after. The girl mentioned my son was the best kid she's dealt with all day. Proud parent moment! The girls were always smiling friendly and had no problems helping us or answering any questions we had. The guy they had fixing machines was also great to deal with he was quick and polite and a good people person! Food was good for price. Although the poutine had a bit to much cheese for my liking. All on all we will be back and had a great time. Again, great job to the staff! You guys killed it! Thank you
My toddler enjoyed it and there are parts that are more challenging for older kids. Only downside is that one of the arcade games gives out gum and I found a wad of chewed up gum in the play structure, luckily before my toddler did.
Sooooo fun! Great for kids AND ADULTS That are child at heart!!!!! So many fun games, ans the jungle gym is THE BEST! EVERYTHING IS SO CLEAN!
Great place for birthday party!! My kiddo had her 6 years old brithday party there with Unicorn decoration, they love it!!! Highly recommended!!
I was absolutley impressed with the new upgrades to the play place , would have been a 5 star until we went to go cash in the tickets checked balance on the portable machine and had 1400 tickwts between 3 cards handed them to the cashier girl and magically 2 of the cards had zero tickets . Pretty disappointing considering the money we spent to get the tickets . RECOMMEND TAKING A PICTURE OR PHYSICALLY GETTING CASHIER TO COME TO THE PORTABLE CHECKER TO VERIFY YOURE AMOUNTS IN PERSON BEFORE HANDING THE CARDS TO THEM !
Since they have renovated this place, it looks way cleaner, and fun. I visited in the past but everything looks better. They have new options in the kitchen like bubble tea and kept old ones like dry ribs. The price is fair. The only one thing I do not like is that I see grown ups climbing in the structures and they will damage it. They have to understand is for kids so it last longer. If they will allow to have parents climbing there should be a different section! Just saying.... but overall is good to see renovations.
Will not go back. This was the first time I have been to the Fun Factory. Was so dirty. There were candy wrappers and gum stuck all over in the play structure. It was incredibly expensive- $45 for 3 kids under 6 just to play on the structure no games/food etc. When I did buy games /food add another $30 - so I spent $75 Half of the video games weren't working or adding the tickets to my card for the cheap toys at the end. It was also a hot day outside and I'm confident the AC wasn't on. The ceiling fans weren't on and when my 6 year old son asked them /pointed out they should be on, they told him they haven't been dusted yet this year. It's July. It's hot. Come on. Typically I have a hard time getting my kids to leave these places, but this one they ran to get their shoes on. Much better value else where.
Excellent place for a birthday party! The pizzas and fruit tray fruit trays were made from scratch were delicious! Really cool Mario themed party room. Very clean bathrooms. Great service! Kids loved the play structure and arcade games. Kids had a blast! Highly recommend!
Has been great in the past but has since gone down hill significantly. Food prices for what you get is disappointing. They were missing a few items to actually make necessary menu selections. Also shorted on tokens.
