Really a fun place to spend an hour or more. It's not too expensive for the fun you can havr and really a good place to hangout with group of 4+ people. Had fun with basketball game and air hockey. Light speed game was fun too. Pacman was really good for the group to play together. Hit to reach good points game is something which nobody wins. Throw ball on clown was relatively easy but not so easy to beat the best score.
What an awesome kids party! The staff were beyond amazing and we are so grateful for all of their hard work all evening and kindness towards all the kids. The birthday was made so very easy by the incredible people working at Fun Factor. They were attentive to the party, making sure everyone was happy parents included and never did we feel like we had to scramble to keep the kids entertained! The facility is clean, the prizes are really incredible and we will continue to recommend others to have their parties here! Keep up the good work!
I booked this party thinking I will have less to do and the kids would have fun. Well they exceeded my expectations. We walked in the door and were greeted right away by the friendliest guy ever. Taken in right away to our party area, clean and roomy. Our party leader was amazing he was quick kept kids moving organized did everything. It was awesome. He really did go above and beyond. The front counter lady was super helpful and always looking to help as well. I would definitely go back.
We are new to Thompson Okanagan, and we are so proud to say that this years birthday party for our son was phenomenal! Biggest hit of all his parties he’s had some pretty good ones! Thank you to Megan who facilitated our group! She was helpful and kind with great leadership for the children. Everything went smooth. This was the first year I did not have to stress!! Thanks again! We are coming back today because my son loved it so much!
Had my sons birthday party here and WOW! Great service and awesome value, the kids all had a blast, the pizza and slushies were a huge hit, the staff were friendly and so helpful they really made the whole experience extra worth it. Highly recommend the party package
Amazing place, bowling is not the best but fun. The laser tag is a great experience super duper fun, it's a blast really and it's very accurate. The bumper spinny thing is obviously for kids but fun for them. The arcade has a great selection not just all casino type games one bad part is what many arcades face and that the machines are pretty sticky from sweat and the VR machine the lenses aren't properly cleaned clean with a microfiber cloth or a cotton pad anything else will scratch it, if it's not cleaned after each use it creates god rays which is not a good experience. But I'm just nitpicking staff was amazing and helped whenever asked a question and were very friendly.
Had my sons 7th birthday party here yesterday. The staff work hard to coordinate the attractions and make sure you have everything you need. The party area is renovated. We had 8 plus a few adults and there was lost of room. I'd say a party of 10 or 12 plus a few adults would be no issue. Kids had fun, great value considering the best package, food Pizza slice, slushy, goodie bag total was under $250 plus tip.
We all had so much fun. The staff were friendly and kept us on track and organized. Most importantly they made this party easy for mom, and my wallet!
Had my kids 6th birthday party here. Excellent price for 2 hours + of fun for the kids. Miguel was on top of everything and was super helpful! 10/10 would do again.
I was relieved when my child chose Fun Factor for her birthday party. As expected, we were well taken care of and informed throughout the party. Callum connected well with the kids and the adults involved and made it a stress-free experience for us. Thank you!
