Wow! What an awesome spot! We ordered 2 pogo/poutine combos and a side poutine and did not expect such large portion sizes considering other places decreased their portions and raised their prices. Everything tasted phenomenal. We'll be back!Food: 5/5
Great food, good prices, served promptly despite minimal staff and very high demand. We had the chicken wings, and the schnitzel, both were tasty and hot and delivered quickly. There were as many as 8 customers either waiting for their order, or waiting to order and only one staff member hurriedly handling taking, preparing/cooking and delivering the orders. Despite the demands, service was friendly, helpful and quick. we truly appreciated OUTSTANDING SERVICE despite difficult circumstances. Well done!
Haven’t ate at the fork in a few years, stopped in tonight to try with my family around 6:30 so the grills were turned off for cleaning, no problem. But the chicken fingers were pink inside, fries were soggy and just not good tasting, Schnitzel had no flavour. I had chicken wings and mozza sticks, they weren’t bad tasting but paying $14 for 6 chicken wings and $8 for 4 mozza sticks is insane.
We hired The Fork to cater at our wedding this past September and were not disappointed! Susan at The Fork went above and beyond to create a modified version of her menu to accommodate serving at our wedding - The Fork had never catered prior, but you never would have guessed. They were organized and prepared on the big day and dished out creative appetizer style food, wrapping up the night with amazing late night pizzas! Working with Susan and her employees at The Fork was a pleasure and our guests loved the food!
Worst food I have ever had. Chicken wings were disgusting had to throw the out. Fries and gravy again disgusting like glue and cold no salt no pepper no napkins sauce extra also gross! 104 dollars for food which we were unable to eat..big waste of money. 3 wings with fries and onion rings...everything gross! Do not eat there..ever!!!
Have eaten here often. GREAT fish and chips, but today we came for a large poutine to share. Service - always pleasant Quantity -Great Seating - there are several picnic tables well spaced plus a few chairs to wait for your order. Flavour - their fries are absolutely delish, nice and crispy, no peeling. Their gravy is alright, pretty standard. They ad shredded and curds, although this time there were very few curds. They add gravy and cheese on top, but also in the middle. We normally call ahead and order, sometimes they are so busy they do not answer, but we've also had one time when they called us back = There is a steep hill to walk up to get to them, I am sure stairs will be in the future.
We really didn't like the fries. They were soggy, and the fat seemed old. Also, staff would have an easier time understanding orders if the music in the kitchen were not quite as loud.
I have had good experiences with this place based off the food items I have ordered. There poutine's and pizza are delicious. Staff are super nice!
Our new go to place in Callander for our Dill Pickle Fries and Onion Rings. Super staff, customer service was top shelf.Food: 5/5
