I drove here straight from work, arrived with five minutes until closing time ready to purchase, and was informed by staff "sorry we're closed, come back tomorrow." Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I went to the Foam Shop in Burnaby needing to have my 2 Cushions replaced.  I dealt with Jim, who has 31 year experience working at the Foam Shop. His knowledge of Foam Types is exceptional and his level of communicating to me what would work best for my comfort level, was excellent.  Thank you Jim for all your help!

Worst service ever never bin treated so rudely when trying to buy somthing . also such high prices asked to see product and was told no cause its to high in wearhouse . so why would i buy somthing i cant see would never recommoned anyone ever to shop here
