This excellent store provides high quality comfort and our discussion with Anu provided the necessary information for us to choose a new Serenity Queen Mattress and 3 cut to size sofa inserts..such a friendly and knowledgeable staff..

We got a new cushion for our kitchen bench seat. Anu gave us great advice; it turned out beautifully.

They are very helpful and efficient. Needed a very old foam wedge covered when the zipper broke. They were able to take care of this quickly without trying to upsell us a whole new wedge despite the fact that the foam is getting old. Thank you for your service.

Brigitte at the Kitsilano store was super friendly and very knowledgeable when I stopped by today to look for a mattress. I only roughly knew what I wanted for my camper and she took the time to show me different options and pointed out a few things that I have not thought of. They look amazing & we are so pleased with how quick the turn around was! No more messy down feathers leaking out of our beautiful leather couch! I love this place. Fast and friendly service. Brought in my four cushions to replace the down with foam. Everything finished within 2 hours. Sofa finally comfortable again!
