Great prices ands very helpful!  Wanted to ordered violets for a funeral another store inn town wouldn't and they had it next day.  I would give them more stars if I could.

Great place.  This was actually the third place I called in Port Huron, looking for someone to deliver a dozen red roses to my sweetheart on a Sunday.  The first two places abruptly said "we are not open Sunday's", and left it at that.  This one, The Flower Niche, said that they could absolutely deliver them any time I wanted them, 24/7, to wherever I need them.  The woman on the phone was a tremendous help, and it was just the kind of customer service I was looking for.  Thank you SO MUCH for the great service (and great price!).  :-)

I ordered flowers for 2 deliveries.  Ordered on Thursday for Friday delivery,  received a call mid morning telling me my choices were unavailable.  I was at work and needed to make a snap decision, I was given choices for more money, which I said no.  Settled on 2  planters.  Which I was not happy about...after the delivery was made my daughter in law sent me pictures of what was received and totally not what I wanted. If something may not be available they  they should post it next to the choices.  And not at the bottom of the page in small tiny print.  Had I known ahead of  time I would of had a few choices picked out..  I will never ever order from here again.  These were flowers for a memorial and you added more pain.
After I called and complained you never once offered any thing to fix my unhappiness.

This shop is terrible, I called ahead for their convenience to order a corsage.  I ordered one with yellow roses,  with black &  gold ribbons.  They assured me that it would be ready in two hours.  They called me back thirty minutes later and they tell me that they do not, in fact, have any yellow roses. They offered to replace them with another flower, which they told me was more expensive, but they would be willing to give me the same price. The flower, which I can't remember the name of isn't as pretty, and smells terrible. They charge me a stupid price, and send me out the door. After I left, I noticed they got the ribbons wrong, and the corsage itself is poorly constructed. My advice, go to Ullenbruch's Flowers and Gifts, its a little out of the way, but the flowers are gorgeous, the people are friendly, and they had my corsage done in fifteen minutes.

Very friendly and meet your needs at a reasonal price,haven't ordered any flowers in awhile., but good experience.
