I paid $39.95 for a deluxe arrangement for my mother. The arrangement she received only contained half of the flowers shown in the picture, and the rest consisted of greens and baby's breath. Very disappointing. I called The Flower Company, and the person I spoke with said that my order was placed through Teleflora, not them directly (even though it was The Flower Company website), and that The Flower Company has no control over the orders. She also told me that I should never order flowers on line. Lesson learned.

I love going into the store instead of calling. There are so many things besides flowers to look at that make great gifts. The personal treatment you are given is spot on. I have used this florist for many many years. Here is the latest thing I purchased. Thanks again ladies!!!
