The burgers were delicious. Those of us with beef burgers ordered "with pink" and it was 50/50 whether they came back medium or medium well, but they still tasted great. The wait for 4 adults on a Saturday around 7pm was about an hour and a half. We amazingly found room at the bar not long after we arrived. Not exactly the most intimate of settings and service was originally a bit slow in the bar area. We were there for casual dining but with the bar it is a very very casual place. However, with the booths it seemed good for families.

There is a reason this burger joint provides such thick, high quality napkins.  Trust me, you'll need 'em!  High quality beef, unique toppings, and good sized portions.  This place ranks right up there with the best burgers I've had. We had the Frankenstein and the Wrecker burger, which were both outstanding. Though I don't drink, I noted they also have a huge beer selection.

The food here is a life altering experience. It is. Soooo good. From the grass fed beef if you're a beef lover to the turkey burger if you stick to white meats to the veggie burger... oh man. All so good. It comes with a really good amount of fries included in the price which is really good for what you're getting. The shakes are amazing too. I highly suggest you go on a weekday or night for your first experience when it's not as busy. It's amazing when it's busy too but there's something super special when it's slow in the restaurant. I highly highly recommend! (Veggie burger with mushrooms and onions added in the pic with the milkshake and a turkey burger in the other one)

Went on a Friday night after hearing how awesome this place was. We were told it was a 45 min-hour wait which we were fine with.. eventually they were telling people after us it was even longer. Then the hostess/wait staff had their friends come in and blatantly sat them next before any of the people waiting! And no one working here seemed to care. Then once we were finally seated, service took forever when the girl only had 4 tables. I understood it was busy but the staff clearly thinks they don’t have to be fair or attentive due to the reputation this place has. The good was really good, but I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with everything else.

Absolutely the best burgers around for miles. Everything on the menu is fantastic and the staff are friendly. The beer selection is also good, and they have a pint night with local breweries once a month or so. Be prepared for a wait on weekends, this place is popular.
