Great place for fish n chips. The jalapeno poppers are delicious as well! They're super cheesy and creamy, but the jalapeno flavour could have been pronounced a little more :
Great food truck for fresh fish n chips - cod halibut and haddock. Plus shrimps and other good stuff makes this a must visit when in the Georgian Bay Area.
We were disappointed. Our wait was nearly half an hour, due to a large phone-in order that took priority over people waiting in person. A foursome who arrived about five minutes after us was served before us. We asked for extra crispy fries and they were barely done and contained many "scraps". The batter on the fish was flat and tough instead of fluffy and crisp...not greasy though. All in all, our first try here, due to some very good reviews, was such that we will not return again.
Ate there other week... must say wow that poutine was good. Definitely be going back. Girlfriend loves it especially since the gravy is vegetarian, but no worry folks, I'm not a vegetarian and I'd never know the difference :
Amazing food amazing service amazingly fast! The new owner has definitely stepped his game up adding tacos to the menu which were some of the best tacos I've had in a long time. As a chef myself I enjoy trying new places and new foods and this was just as good if not better then any food truck around here. Also the owner took the time to ask me how I enjoyed my food and took time to come out and talk to my wife and I made for a great atmosphere thanks guys.
This is the place to come for n chips in Midland! You will enjoy it. Don’t look at the price it’s not that bad after all, + when the food tastes good and the stomach is happy! The onions rings were reallllyyy tasty and good portion!!!! We recommend
Always a great outdoor dining experience . Food never disappoints . The only skip I would suggest are burgers BUT everything is delicious and topping off dinner with one or two deep fried and dusted pineapple rings are a delightful treat Hands down their biggest claim to fame is the staff and owner going ALZl OUT for their customers !!!!!!
Amazing food ! Wanted a fish n chips on this first snowy day and couldn't wish better than this place. Good quantity AND quality.
Because one visit isn’t enough, my partner and I enjoyed this food spot two days in a row because it’s that good! We enjoyed the halibut meal, with the fried mushrooms and coleslaw. Highly recommend if you’re down to get your hands dirty and stomachs full of amazing food!
What a fabulous place for fish and chips. Reasonably priced. The owner, Keith is an amazing human being he gives back to the community all the time, including free meals at Christmas time for those who need it. This is our go to place for a great fish and chip dinner.
