Overall, a fun and trendy bar. I wouldn't say the Fifth Social Club is unique by any standards, however, the service is above average and they know how to host a great party. For the club specifically, I would recommend it for small to medium sized groups looking for a typical night out in Toronto. It's not going to exceed your expectations but won't disappoint either.

Myself and a friend came for a weekend in Toronto from over 2 hours away! We chose the Fifth as the club of choice our Saturday night evening! We got ourselves on the guest list to avoid lines and cover! We arrived at 10:40 and patiently waited in line! Other people kept buying ahead of us or joining friends! By the time we reached the front of the line it was 11:03 and they told us sorry guest list is over it ends at 11 ... we tried to say really we are right here in front of you common! So we each had to pay $20 cover! Completely unreadable when we were standing in line for 20 Mins! And had the group of 7 in front of us not asked the bouncing a million different questions about the bottle service and all that we would have made it! Music was terrible DJ and everything techno and the place was very crowded! Will not be coming here again!

I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I was pushed by the bouncer and told to "get the f***k out of the property". As a female, i was disgusted by his actions towards me. He was extremely rude to me and said he is kicking me out becase i was " rude" to him. It was my friend's birthday and we had a booth. It was my first time there, so once we got there i asked the bouncer where we should go, he said " go to the other door" , when i asked which door, he rolled his eyes, raised his voice and said its not too hard blah blah. HE WAS SO RUDE. I told him right away that he was being rude and it was our first time at the fifth social..... After going for a smoke break, he just kicked me out .......I asked him to call his manager or someone else so i could talk to them about it but he was so aggressive towards me. i dont deserve to be treated like that and i was tipsy..... all i wanted was to have a good time. I had a good time there UNTIL he decided to just kick me out ..... i dont know why and how. Maybe he was expecting me to be quiet and just be submissive to his rudeness. I was loud and i screamed back when he was pushing me using his body. He was right on my face and screaming ...... This happened last night. 2018-03-24, around 2 am i think. I dont know what i can do about this now but i have never been treated this badly before at a club. He kept saying he has the "power" to kick me out etc...... i will never go there again ....

My friend and I came here for a friend’s birthday on a Saturday and as I proceeded to walk towards the bouncer (completely sober), he says “excuse me, your clothes are not in line with the dress code here”. I asked him what the dress code required and he said that all male patrons have to be wearing a collared shirt. I said ok fair enough and I also warned the four guys behind me, as they were also not wearing collared shirts that they would likely also not get in. I see the bouncer tell them the same thing and then they walk towards another bouncer and say something to them and suddenly, the bouncer lets them in and I also try talking to him. Little do I know, when my friends and I get to the bouncer, he says you can’t come in because of the dress code and when I refer to the guys who just went inside in front of me, he says “ that was a different conversation, get out of here”. Well, the only difference between us and the guys he let inside is that they were a group of white guys, and we were a group of three brown guys... read in between the lines. Fifth social is racist. (PSA just because your manager is a brown guy doesn’t change the implications of any of this, especially since he wasn’t there)

Great DJ! Great crowd; not overcrowded; random swing in the middle of the dance floor - which I loved but a few people fell; the Christmas touch was amazing! I would definitely go again!
