Poor communication - Used them through a broker for a mortgage and apparently had to open a checking account as a pre-requisite. After several years re-financed the loan with another institution and subsequently received a collection notice for $200 for some bogus fees associated with the checking account that was never used for anything other than opening the mortgage account.
Can you please make the account darker on your mobile site so people that are vision impaired can see what is in their account please. It is very light. Surely you can make it darker to be able to see it
The cashiers have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. Nicole, manager at the Knox branch, is terrific. She's helped me with so many strange requests and ALWAYS been very knowledgeable and professional. I'm very happy with the service we've received here!
Super friendly! I called them by accident and they did their best to persuade me to switch. It was very entertaining. Awesome folks.
My son has a checking account there. He has it set up so he will not over draft. Well he has over drafted his account I do believe 3 times and without warning they suspended his debit card. With account on positive side paycheck direct deposited he had no way to access his money from Thursday night to Monday.
I have had an outstanding experience with Farmers on a business loan. We initially worked with other banks, and only Farmers had the ability and put in the necessary effort to get it done. I strongly recommend them for business loans.
On February 14th I had an issue with a transaction at the Emlenton branch. Today I received a call from the manager who not only apologized to me, but he credited money back to my account. I appreciate his listening to me and making it right. Thank you
Horrible customer service. Had issues with my one account and they froze an account that wasn’t even associated with this account and provided my mother with balance and transaction information and she’s not on the account either, but is a customer.
Staff is always super helpful.
I've been going to the Grove City Branch for years and the people who work there are absolutely wonderful.
