If you like cheese you will love this place! Great selection from all over the world. There is also a small selection of good wines and nice offerings to accompany your cheese and beyond. Crackers, biscuits, jams and spreads, and conveniently by the cashier, there were a couple of lovely elevated nut selection. I quite like the pistachio.
Wonderful cheese selection and knowledgeable staff. We had a good time shopping there and I’d probably revisit to try other cheeses and other items on their menu if I were back in the area. Although I appreciated their variety, I was a little disappointed they did not have many locally produced cheeses though. They were also quite stingy with sampling, looking rather disappointed by the time we asked for our second samples prior to purchasing. It’s not that we were trying to sample without buying — just that we were curious about these cheese with interesting names we can barely pronounce. Their grilled cheese was amazing though. Enough to warm up my impression of them after the sampling. I would go back just for that.
Very nice shop with a huge variety of cheeses and other charcuterie needs! Friendly staff that lets you browse but is there if you have any questions along the way. Also available for wine and cheese tastings in the beautiful alleyway.
The Farmer's Daughter was a great experience! My hubby and I enjoyed a flight of wine with cheese to start, then shared the duck charcuterie, followed by a delicious tiramisu dessert! The staff were very friendly and helpful, for my hubby and I no nothing about wine! Was a great date night!
Very nice cheese shop with bistro style seating. We love their boards & wine flights. The service here never disappoints even when they are busy!
Had the "bit of blue" grilled cheese and tomato soup combo with wine pairing and it was absolutely delicious! The watermelon halloumi salad was fresh and very very tasty. Will be coming back and telling my friends!
Very high end. A dear friend from out of town purchased a wine pairing gift box for me. When I told The Farmers Daughter I don't drink Alcohol I was initially advised that they could not help me. After persistence my $120 gift box resulted in a $17 gift card, 3 pieces of cheese, a box of crackers, pear jam and some delicious house made pesto. The quality of the products are incredible but the customer service and value of what I ended up with did not match the generous gift of my friend. I'm sure this place will get there, as they have some great staff.
My partners and I shared some wine and cheese flights and a baked brie, all the food and wine was delicious and wonderfully paired. The sommelier was a pleasure to talk with and the servers, music, and ambiance created a wonderful night out
A superb establishment in every way. Glorious patio, great wine selection and platters TDF! Not cheap if you stop by the counter on the way out, but choice and quality are exceptional. They cater, too.
Make a reservation for sure, just so you won't be disappointed. If you love wine & cheese, this is the best place to spend some time. They gave great theme nights They are very educated/knowledgeable about both wine n .
