Brilliant in every way! Stephen is an incredibly talented colourist and hair stylist, and in the last few years I have been a client of his managed to create every hair colour and style I wanted and more by using clever colour and extension mixing. Any questions and requests are always patiently and professionally answered, and booking times have always been reliable in my experience. The rest of the team and the owner Ola are lovely, too, and always make you feel welcome and looked after in the salon. About two years ago I decided to get hair extensions, and then after a very long market research ''The Extensionist'' salon stood out massively.  I have wanted hair extensions for a while, but seen some terrible work  and heard some not very nice stories, so wanted to ensure I choose only the best quality and service that's currently available. I live in Oxford so it is quite a journey for me to make , but I don't regret a minute of it as could not be more happier with the quality of hair and service, all girls are so professional and super friendly. If you are looking for highest quality hair and service, look no further, this salon will make your hair dreams come true. Pictures speak by themselves!

Just Wow, great hair extensions salon! The girls are lovely, they are always on time and really efficient. Hair quality, the best I have ever seen in my life, I am using hair extensions for the last 8 years and never had such great quality.  Blending hair extensions with my own hair just above perfect, I can't spot the joint at all, no one can. I am receiving so many compliments every day, my confidence boosted to the top.  The atmosphere at the salon really friendly and welcoming, free coffee, tea, and even champagne. Staff members are so professional, my free consultation went so well I requested if I can actually get my extensions same day, and guess what they have hair extensions in stock! So I literally set down to a chair and they started the process, 2 hours later I received my 20 inches blonde Russian hair.  Amazing service, great atmosphere, high professional staff - I am in love with the Extensionist, it's best hair extensions salon in London I ever visited!  Highly recommend!  P.s Thanks for those extra cookies you have, it's delicious.

I had never done extensions before so I wanted to make sure I found the right salon to begin with. I haven't been disappointed at all : Jana did an amazing job on my hair, she was very careful with the colour-matching and made sure everything blended perfectly. Though they are worth it, one should yet be ready for the prices. All in all, thank you so much!

It was my very first time having extensions on my hair and I can only said I’m so so lucky to have find them… i follow them on instagram time ago so I kind of see what kind of work they do and how happy the customers they look… I can’t describe how happy I am after I did my nano ring extensions with them they actually did my dream hair true, everyone over there was really nice all the staff such a lovely vibe and very professionals, who did my hair was Lina such a beautiful girl and she did such a great job very professional.I would recommend to everyone to go there if you look for good hair extensions and good care of you and your hair. I came here from Paris after a not so great experience with getting extensions in Paris and am blown away with how amazing I look. First of all, the customer service is excellent! I DMed them on Instagram, sending pictures of my sad hair and asking for feedback and suggestions. The response was both sympathy and feedback on what should have/could be done. After discussing what I hoped for, they assured me they could do it and I booked a short trip out there to get it done. The great service and quality continued when I arrived. Everyone at the salon, from assistants to colorist to extension creator to installers, both on myself and others were just highly professional, kind, and very talented. They continued to keep the salon clean throughout the day I was there all day!. I started with a three tone not in a good way reddish brownish mess with not great extensions, I left with the perfect blonde and my roots perfect for when my roots start growing. They put the extension pieces together themselves so are able to do a blend of shades making it look more natural. This really makes a big difference, as you can tell in their final product. Afterwards the hair and my own were trimmed to blend it properly and styled. My hair looked and looks absolutely amazing. Now that I’ve been living with it, I can say that it’s easy to style and the hair quality is excellent. If you’ve ever had just okay or bad quality hair extensions, you will be pleasantly happy with these. The salon has also been helpful when I’ve needed advice post-installation. I’ll be returning for my maintenance to keep everything looking great! Highly recommend! PS: Check out their Instagram as it is a lot of examples of transformations from simple to complicated.

I am one of the oldest clients at this salon. I have been coming to Ola even before the salon opened! That just shows how amazing they are there. I couldn't ever imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done. They are complete perfectionists. No other company has ever been able to as natural looking as they can and not to mention their hair is AMAZING. As cliche as it sounds I don't know what I do if they weren't around.
