The Eco Laundry Room gets 5 stars for being consistently disappointing. I have used it in the past, but the machines often either won't take my coins or the coins get stuck. Today their machine gobbled up twice the amount it required before it started to work.
Their dryers often run very hot, and I am unsure how this makes them eco-friendly. They even had a fire a short while ago from one of them and all that burnt recycled rubber flooring smelled wonderful. Again, not sure how eco-friendly that is.
It is also difficult to get answered when contacting these people about maybe getting some money returned. I would like to know that my email was received so that an issue like an overheating dryer doesn't cause a fire, or that other customers aren't out unnecessary money.
This is a classic example of someone marketing their business under the "eco-friendly" veil in order to trick people into using their cheapo machines. Its great that you heat your own water, but importing washing machines from Spain doesn't strike me as an environmentally-friendly choice.

HiJames,
Sorry for being disappointed from your expectation. Could you make it clear please about which location you are talking about? The eco Laundry room at 2741 Danforth Ave is closed since 1 year. It is open under new management but not as a ecco. Thank you
