We went for breakfast this morning, my husband and I both ordered the cowboy, I had a side of bacon and he had a side of sausage. I was so stoked to try they're biscuits and gravy since they're homemade! Unfortunately, although they may be home made, they let them sit out for awhile so our biscuits were almost rock hard and the gravy was barely warm. My husband's sausage links were burnt on all sides and his over easy eggs still had runny whites. The waitress seemed extremely over whelmed with 4 tables totaling 7 people. Although we didn't get the hype everyone has been talking about I would be willing to give it a second chance and try something different.

I had The Hub, which is chicken fried steak and gravy, hash browns, two eggs, and a side of toast. The CFS+gravy was absolutely top notch - best I've had in town. Hash browns were pretty standard. Eggs (over medium) were cooked perfectly. I wouldn't normally mention toast, I don't think. But the toast was amazing. I don't think you can find similar pastries in town. We regularly take some home. The atmosphere is definitely that of a classic small town diner. The coffee fits the atmosphere (cheap, bottomless, Folgers). We'll be back for more.

Vegan and Vegetarian friendly. I've been her for breakfast and lunch several times. They make a good omelet and have coffee good enough to drink black. There always are interesting pastries. My favorite is their Apple Strudel. I've never had better anywhere else. Same is true for their Orange Cranberry Bread Pudding. Their stuffed French Toast was so good I enjoyed it without adding any butter or syrup. It's a ginormous portion which is enough for two to enjoy so either bring a friend or a really big appetite. I brought half home to enjoy later. Another time I went there for lunch. I had a in house made vegan burger called "Veggie Treat" which is made from garbanzo beans and other veggies, and is served with a side of fries, or fruit salad, or salad bar (I chose the salad bar). I also had a pastry called a "Bamba" and coffee good enough to drink black. My guest had the "Hub Burger". They cooked both of our burgers on the same grill but have a section of it reserved for non-meat cooking. Presently they are open for breakfast and lunch. They have a wide assortment of fresh made pastries prepared in their own kitchen. They are a welcome addition to downtown daytime dining in Cheyenne.

Great spot to eat a vegan burger! Homemade black bean burger with vegan mayo as an option. Also a veggie sandwich with avocado, both it and the burger were delicious. Both were $9.75 which is a decent price and it was a lot of food when combined with the home cut fries. For dessert, we had the maple white chocolate macarons and an almond croissant which were all vegan! Also told that if given notice, the baker will make pastries and baked goods special, even cakes. All in all, a nice little restaurant with a friendly staff.
