Stopped in today for lunch. The food was great & the service was top notch!! Our drinks came quick & the manager let us know our food would be a bit longer than expected due to a larger group. It didn’t bother us to wait but appreciated the update. The atmosphere was comfortable & the drinks were delicious. The manager checked in with us at least 3 times to update us. I don’t feel we waited a painful amount of time for the food, and when it came it was hot & portions were big! We were gifted free desert for our wait. I just can’t say enough good things about the service provided! It’s rare these days to be provided with service like we had today. The menu has a variety of options & I will absolutely be back!
We absolutely love this place. We’ve been coming here since it opened. Our favorite weekly server MADDY. She’s always happy to see us and most times we don’t even need to order because she knows what we want. I recommend this place to anybody. All of the servers are fantastic. The bartender is engaging and nice to talk to you. And the manager is very involved and genuinely cares about your dining experience. My favorite thing is the hot wings. Frank’s red hot. My wife and my father love to order the steak bites and my mother-in-law loves to order the happy hour wine again and again and again.
Been here a few times but only for wing nights. Wings are alright. Not the best and flavors are a bit weird. But good in a pinch. Came in tonight for dinner. Husband got the garlic ceasar and said he enjoyed it. I had the chicken sandwich. I asked for no tomatoes and extra pickles. You can see from picture I got tomatoes and you can guess no extra pickles. Sandwich was OK at best. Nothing to write home about. Had deep fried pickles on it. Was a nice texture but no dill taste which was what I was seeking with adding regular pickles to it. Fries where good. But no ketchup was offered. Waitress did not come around a lot which was off putting. I was half done my meal before she came by to see how things where. She keep those drinks coming however. I'll be back at some point or another but it's not a spectacular place. Only thing really wowing is the interior, it's just got a nice interior design.
Well that's the best service we've had in a while. So looking forward to coming back to try out the other specials. Thank you for the quick service & the great tasting food.
Amazing food and amazing staff at this great pub. The food is beyond amazing and everything is priced fairly. Definitely recommend checking this great pub out.
The wings here are AMAZING, so was the service. Our server, Mady - was a rockstar. I loved the unique atmosphere, and the personality that this bar has. We will definitely be back!
Went here because found out their Thursday special of 29 cent wings. The place was packed which I thought it would be and waited 35 minutes which wasn’t too bad just glad that the mall was open to occupy the time waiting. Service was good and the wings were good although though the teriyaki pineapple I got was good just when asked the waitress if they were spicy she said they weren’t but when they arrived the pineapple had some kind of spice on them and it was way too spicy to handle which kind of killed that dish for me. Would recommend this place but if there is any specials your going for I suggest you arrive super early for them.
You can enjoy yourself and friends at this friendly bar with great varieties of beers wine and tasty food served by friendly staff with a smile. Atmosphere was great and lots of social distance in accordance with health protocol. Guests are socially distance and stay within their friends. Good place to watch live hockey playoff games.
My wife and I were already a fan of this place, but when we were here on January 29th we were very impressed by the server/bartender, Jenna. She was beyond swamped and still got food and drinks out at an impressive rate. Also, we were told the chef was on his own too and he did an amazing job. Both these employees deserve a raise.
We’ve been to this place a couple of times as we heard they had a good wing night. The first time we went, it was a crazy hour and a half wait but we decided to stay as it was just after they had re-opened post-pandemic which is probably why it was so busy. The wings were worth it in my opinion for the cheap price. Went back a couple more times, but after tonight we will never be back. We were told it was a 30 minute wait and that we were third on the list but after an hour, we saw two other groups seated ahead of us and we were told we were still second on the list. After being told by the manager we couldn’t wait in the VLT area unless we were playing the machines which we just had been and he told us to go wait at the mall, we inquired as to why there were two empty booths and we were still waiting for a table. He said it’s because they had other people that were going to be seated at those two tables. We asked him how long they wait after they text the party that their table is ready and he said five minutes. The one booth was empty for at least 15 minutes with no one being seated there. We decided at this point to leave and when my husband went and nicely asked the manager why he said we were second on the list and there were two empty booths that we could’ve been seated at. The manager then copped an attitude and said “I don’t need you telling me how to manage and do my job” and proceeded to ban us. The manager needs an attitude adjustment and the bar needs a better system for their waitlist. The wings could be 5 cents and we would never go back.
