Thank you guys for treating me as family you are very professional. I was so nervous  my first day and my dentist made me feel so accepted and relaxed. She went through my paperwork  with me and explain and answer any questions I needed to provide to the orthodontist or surgeon. I just want to say thank you Merrie for changing lives it helps, I will see you and the dentist family soon. I highly recommend family and friends to this dental center. You guys are forever Awesome.

My granddaughter had exam and cleaning. Gerri took us into a quiet room to talk about her x-rays. She took the time to answer our many questions and was very supportive. When Ocean became nervous about upcoming appointments, Gerri offered to go in and hold her hand for support even though she doesn't normally work in that room. She is truly the best!

I was nervous for my daughters first dentist appointment due to her not being able to sit still. As soon as Gerri took my daughter back for her cleaning, she made my daughter feel welcomed. She made sure that she felt safe and knew exactly what was going on . I definitely would recommend Gerri for your child's next dentist visit !

I just love this friendly Dental facility! My son appointment was at 1:45pm ..I was running late. We arrived at 2:05 and they still managed to check him in… plus GeRRr took very good care of my Baby boy. He was nervous, but she did very good comforting him. Nicely done!

Dr. Singh and his assistant Nohely are the best. They make you feel very comfortable and are professional. I'm having a lot of work done and they make sure each visit they get the most done that they can. Everyone in the office is pleasant and very welcoming. The Dental Center of South Bend is the only place I go for dental work.

I had the pleasure of working with Danielle, Merrie, and Dr. Singh today, as well as reception/checkout.  Everyone was exceptionally thorough,  pleasant, and answered my questions. Visit was very enjoyable. Information given was to the point, direct, and honest. Looking forward to being a long term patient here.

I call them Nov 23,22 to make an appointment to get a consultation for January I spoke with Jessica?? I told her that my new insurance kick in them and i just wanted to make my son an appointment she got mad told me to call back them I try to explain to her I have 2 insurance just make the appointment she refused I told her to please check my insurance she put me on hold and did not come back so I call back because the phone hung up that how long I was on hold them she/they kept hanging up on me when I call so I call from my son phone them they answer and I just say I had the wrong number I was just checking to see if I was correct they where doing this on purpose so I decided to go up there at the front desk was 2 people and one family was in there so i waited my phone ring and it was them but i did not answer it when the girl was done leaving me the message she turn to the other girl and started talking about about it HIPPA?? and they laugh so when she ask to help me i just told them the person I wanted to deal with was not there.  So today is Nov 28 and they call me again today  and I did not answer because I thought of them as a safe place for my kids but to walk in and see Ann and Jessica talking there nothing safe about this place when it come to being professional and empathetic i feel like the staff need to take simplicity bias training and customer service I felt like if she would of just listen to what I was trying to say to her she would of understood I had 2 insurance and another one also coming in Jan so my son would of had 3 insurances. I call around and now have consultation at other places to get my son braces

Went in for wisdom teeth extraction and I was more than satisfied. Staff is very friendly and fast. Dr. Singh is very professional and considerate. I will definitely get more dental work done here.

Gerri was great with my granddaughter today... It was her first dentist visit and she doesn't speak yet so to have someone understand her needs is awesome... Thanks Gerri for your patience!!!
