The best dental school ever, made learning so fun and understanding. The morning lecture with Kim was so understandable and fun, you’ll never feel insecure that you won’t be able to learn. Christina was very helpful in the afternoon hands on class, overall I would 100% recommend this dental school to anyone interested.
First off, wow wow wow! This school is awesome, I learned everything I needed to know to become a successful dental assistant. Forget just sitting in a class room reviewing a boring book and having an strenuous lecture. In this school you get to do half lecture and half hands on practice…in an actual dental office! The lectures were based on hand on examples and videos not just reading the text book word for word which is always nice! Kim and Christina are the best instructors you can ever come across in the dental world they are very patient and really took their time with us to make sure we understood everything. I would highly recommend to my friends and family if they are looking to enter the dental field. If I could give this school 10 stars I would!
Great program, affordable tuition, and convenient Saturdays classes for those who work midweek. Appreciated the small class size which really allowed for the instructors to take a personal interest in every student and guide them towards finding employment at offices best suited for them. Would recommend as a starting point for anyone interested in the dental field!
I would highly recommend this school. The program was fantastic, you learn a lot. The teachers are very helpful towards their students to achieve their goal to become a dental assistant. Very hands on especially during COVID and overall an educative course. My instructor was Kim Nash and she’s amazing. I got a job within 3 weeks after graduation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
This place and people are absolutely more than just another school. This is the place to be if you’re interested in career in dental field. Combination of theoretical in the morning, taught by fabulous Kim Nash and hands on practice in the afternoon with your assigned instructor mine was the most amazing Christina, is the perfect way for you to build strong foundation in pursuing goals of becoming dental assistant. From my personal experience I can say that these ladies are going to give 100000% to answer all of your questions, guide you from week 1 till week 10 with God given patience, compassion and strength , and give you all the confidence in the world to tackle those interviews that are going to swarm you even before you’re done with program. To whomever this review helps decide to pursue career of an dental assistant and maybe even further, I just have to say: You came to the right place!
This school is simply amazing and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If your interested in dental assisting GO TO THIS SCHOOL! Kim and the rest of the staff are so sweet and really help you learn everything you need to know in the field. The classes are only on Saturdays and it’s only for 10 weeks it flies by so fast so if you have a full time job and can’t take a lot of days off this is the best place. Also another plus is that they also help you find a job! Thanks to Kim and her staff I now work in a dental office that’s not even 5 mins away from me which is so convenient. I can go on and on about how wonderful this school is. Thank you to everyone at the Dental Assistant School of Rockland for everything! Your amazing!
I highly recommend this school !!! They teach you everything you need to know in just 10 weeks and everyone is so helpful. Any questions you had they answered them with no problem, Kim was such a great teacher and explained everything in detail. I always looked forward to going to school on Saturday and learning new material. I love that it was hands on during the afternoon and we were able to do the things we learned about in the morning time. They also help you get jobs during and after the program and I do not regret it one bit !
The Dental Assistant school of Rockland was the best decision I’ve ever made! This class is super convenient for anyone who is looking for a new career and has to work throughout the week. Kim is AWESOME and so easy to work with. She helped me find a job before classes even ended. I highly recommend this course!!
I loved this program so much! Kim and her staff were amazing! I came from Long Island so it was super convenient that the class was on Saturdays. The class included both lecture and hands on clinical that trained me to do everything I am now doing while working. The office I am working in is very impressed with the skills I learned and am able to preform after the 10 weeks!
I just recently finished the program and it was fantastic. The instructors really take their time and make sure the students are learning the material and doing things correctly. Kim Nash is the director and is incredible. You won’t find someone who cares about their students and job placement more then her. The clinicals are great and that’s is where you will learn the most. You won’t regret going to DASR!
