After they misdiagnosed my gear problem as a chain problem THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, they finally figured it out, and sold me a new gear. Incredibly, this brand new gear was bent and crooked. Even when I showed them, they insisted it was fine. Obviously it got tangled so they "fixed" it a fourth time but that also did nothing. Quadruple-charged for NOTHING but a twisted gear. Never going here again for the rest of my life.

My husband and I have frequented this store for years and have always been happy with the service and the products. I bought a Trek w/ Bionx a few years back and Carlos has always been extremely helpful with any issues I have had, including diagnostics and contacting Bionx on my behalf. The streets of Toronto being what they are, the bike has been beaten to something of a pulp so I am heading back there to purchase a new Bionx fitted bike from them because I know that I can rely on the store, Carlos, and Christina.

Ordered a Rocky Mountain RC30 from Cyclepath. Rocky Mountain has changed their sizing criteria since my last 2006 purchase so sizing was a bit confusing. Ordered what we thought was a 17" frame now marketed as a "medium" frame. A "medium " arrived but it was a small bike based on their 2017 sizing standards. We measured everything up and originally thought the "medium" frame was mislabeled, so ordered another "medium". No luck. Same size bike arrived. Christina and Carlos worked tirelessly to get it right, and even though it took a 3rd order I finally got a frame that fit my stature. Thank you Cyclepath.for your courteous and professional service. It took a bit of doing but you always had my best interests at heart. Cyclepath now has two smallish Rocky Mountain RC 30's sitting on their floor if anyone is interested - solid hybrid bike.

Over 15 years of getting repairs, parts, and a couple kid's bikes from Cyclepath, these guys have always been friendly, knowledgeable and always fair. It shouldn't have taken me 15 years to finally write a review. They've even replaced tires and wheels free when something was unduly wrong. Best yet was last week. A couple guys spent 20 min with me sifting through assorted screws to find one for re-fastening my bell on my handlebars. Found the screw. No charge for anything.
