The waiting room was full of board games in case you had to wait for a while. The staff were very friendly. I did the area 51 room, and it was very good. Pretty decent price. I would gladly visit again

Their puzzles are creative and complicated enough to puzzle you but not too hard you can't complete it. They are nice about time as well, if there's no one booked after you they let you finish your puzzle even if it's overtime. There's a variety of styles of puzzle and interesting twists in each
We showed up last minute, they accommodated us and showed our group great customer service. The room was very well designed. Staff was all around awesome. Would definitely recommend!
Staff was fantastic and the room was a lot of fun Edna's cottage. Only complaint was that the bookshelf seemed a bit unstable and some of the mugs that were supposed to be fixed in place needed to be glued back down. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars! Very good experience!
Multiple rooms available. Some are alot harder than others. Better being the smart one of the group.
