The Corned Beef House

I've been wanting to eat here for awhile, glad I finally did it. Very good Montreal Smoked Meat sandwiches, and platter portions are massive! Waitress was amazing - worked alone and took care of the counter + all the tables, all very promptly!

The meat here was delicious . I enjoyed the sandwhich so much that I had to order the Smoked meat poutine to go! I did use a groupon while here so made it worth while. I definitely will be back for more!

Love this spot for a lunch hang out. Friendly people and great atmosphere! Also, nice to have some good options on tap along with a great sandwhich and salad options!

Outstanding. There's alot of good places to get Montreal smoked meat sandwiches but not many great ones outside of Montreal. This is one of those great ones. Huge count of excellent old school fries and pretty decent coleslaw to top off the combo plate. Happy I found you guys. Not just for me and mine but to impress visitors who come to town if that ever becomes a thing again.

Best sandwiches we've had since visiting Montreal! Everything was delicious. We ordered the Corned beef sandwich platter and the Montreal smoked meat sandwich platter. Fries and onion rings were amazing !!! Service was wonderful!

went for lunch, and was not disappointed. amazing sandwiches and the best poutine ive ever had. the deli meat is fresh and tasty. place was clean and staff was very friendly will be going back again and would highly recommend

I’ve only been to a few corn beef restaurants and this one has been one of the best. They start off with a fresh serving of Cole slaw followed by their player with a corn beef sandwich with an upgrade to poutine and a pickle. This time we split a Montreal Smoked and a Reuben. Montreal smoked cane with mustard and the Reuben cane with mustard and sour kraut.

Will not be coming to this Whitmore location ever again. We had called in an order for take out but we decided to see if we can dine in instead since our son woke up from his nap. When we asked if we can dine in, they immediately said no. Doesn’t make sense right? We order food, and then you’re telling us we’re not welcome to eat YOUR food inside YOUR restaurant?? It wasn’t even busy. There was just a party of 2 inside. Oh well. You lost a customer.

Establishment is extremely clean and our server was top notch. We had the corned beef on rye. It was piled high and delicious. I did find it a teeny bit salty.

Great food, cool atmosphere. Friendly service! Will be back soon for sure.
