Wish I could give this place 0 stars. $79 per person for the dinkiest little buffet I have ever seen - sooooo not worth the money AT ALL, extremely expensive for a very mediocre meal at best. I felt like we were robbed for that disgusting price. Unimpressed with the entrance hostess as well - very judgemental and we felt extremely awkward and unwelcome. The waiting staff were lovely, they were about the only good thing other than the room itself which was beautiful. The live music was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other talk- the songs played were great if you’re very old. Disappointed is an understatement. I will never be coming back to this restaurant nor will I be recommending it to anyone - stay away.
The ambience is obviously upscale and elegant, however the portions are small, considering the price. The food was relatively tasty: I can certainly recommend the chicken and scalloped potatoes. The service was adequate, considering the size of the function, but it certainly wasn't cheerful.
Great food and service! I think our server’s name was Julia and she was absolutely wonderful. We got the three course meal included with the Getaway Package. While the portions were a little small, the food was amazing and was prepared fairly quickly too. The band was very enjoyable and was nice to see people dancing along too. Great place to go for special occasions
A bit overpriced. Food was not as outstanding but still ok. Cosmopolitan was fine. We love that dessert wine. Great environment with dancing spot and ban
Great dining experience and live band! Did you know this band is the last live band in Canada to play 5 days a week? If you are looking to dress up and have a good time come by and dine at Copper room. My wife and I come and stay at the hotel every year for our wedding anniversary. Ps: besides the live band being amazing the waiter Martin is very professional and has a great sense of humor.

The Copper Room....many, many great memories! Sad to hear closed...hope this is not a end to a very, very special part of this wonderful hotel and great history and class...of what used to be. It was the last place where thee a dress code, could have a dance...special dinner...feeling like a princess. And a romantic night. Hoping the new owners really understand what this means to people...please don't destroy...history....work hard to bring back. Dont make new....restore .... It will be the best thing you can do for you too. Up date rooms of course
