Great place for South Indian cuisine.nTheir butter chicken dosa is a must try .nPretty solid gravy. The onion uttapam was fresh and wholesome and comes with fresh sambhar and chutneys .nnThe filter coffee was hot and refreshing .nnHighly recommend this place in Kamloops!!
Thought of enjoying the rain with some chai and pakora from coconut only to find the food package filled with red ants, ended up throwing everything. To make matters worse, the ants got in all over my car. It was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined my appetite and mood.nWhat made the situation worse was how the manager handled it. Instead of taking the matter seriously, they simply refunded my money without any genuine apology or effort to make things right. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the awful experience I had.nnI understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of concern from the staff is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.nThis is a question on the restaurant’s kitchen hygiene and sanitation!
Just came from Coconut. I went with a friend of mine. We found a small bone type object in the Chilli Chicken Dosa. It was almost stuck in her throat. Thank God she noticed it and didn’t got stuck. There was just one server and complained to her. She didn’t respond properly and was saying chicken has bone , so you should expect that. We said we came here so many times, we never found and it was always boneless chicken. So, how can we expect? Also the bone was small as shown in the picture and it was impossible to distinguish. It is very dangerous, something deadly could have happened to her. We will never forget this experience. We are not happy with the service. We will never come here . We also asked whether we can talk with the manager, the server response was manager doesn’t come and she never saw the manager during shift . I mean really? So no one there to complain or ask to help ? The staff doesn’t care about the customer.
Amazing food! I wanted biryani and the server recommended the lamb and it was 11/10 flavourful perfection. I also enjoyed a house made chai. I’m thinking about when I get to go back again. Give this place a try!
All foods are fare but not all time!nIt's not an establishment I'd recommend for families or those with children, as the lack of attentive service and basic dining necessities like plates, water, and utensils is disappointing. Despite multiple visits, the experience has consistently been underwhelming, with each visit revealing no improvement in staff responsiveness or dining procedures. It's apparent that the restaurant is not equipped to cater to the needs of its patrons, and it seems to rely on the lack of alternatives in the area to maintain its customer base. This is particularly disheartening given the importance of a positive dining experience for families seeking enjoyment and quality time togethernnLast night ordered food thry brought burned with over hearing and some areas not cooked well, so I returned but they brought back after Cleaned the black spots only which you can see in the picture how it's!
