Coming to the end of my first year driving, insured by the cooperators in campbellford. Made every payment on time, had no claims or driving infractions and my reward... pay $70 more for the second year! I don't think so! I'd rather pay $140 more to any other company than just sit back and let the premiums rise every year. I now have a year of experience, my car is a year older so it's slightly less of a theft risk, and I've proven that I'll pay on time every time. With those factors, my insurance should go down every year. If not I'm obviously with the wrong company. They asked if I still just had my G2 license, yeah, just like I did last year! So long crooks.
So far so good..see what happens down the road.Great people to deal with.
We are always welcomed warmly by the ladies that work there and we feel like part of their family.
I have never experienced poorer customer service than that from the receptionist here named Penny. Calling it appalling is generous. All while receiving a quote! I cant begin to imagine what type of service i would receive as a client.
